Amazing stay in the lovely hotel. The room with the city view and pool was a great choice. The location is perfect , close to the beach. Breakfast tasty . 10/10

Everything was wonderful. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the staff were enthusiastic. It only took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The surrounding area was lively with plenty of restaurants and food stalls. We traveled with young children, so a room with a pool was very suitable.

I had a wonderful stay at Sugar Palm Grand Hillside. The room was spacious and came with a huge bathroom and balcony. It has a lovely pool as well. The location was also great, close to Kata Beach. I would stay here again.

Firstly it was one of best experiences in Phuket. Staff was friendly. But they have not much information about public transportation. Breakfast was really good that has wide range of choices. Room was comfortable and cozy.

Great hotel by the sea. Is mountain side hotel. Room was booked with access to the pool. Room was big and comes with bath tub. Nearby to Kata Beach for the sea activities, chilling and street food. Convenience stalls, restaurants, tour bookings, Kata street market food and etc are plentiful at the area. Just outside hotel is a massage shop conveniently located.

The location of the hotel is very close to kata beach couple blocks walking 8-10 min The room is huge and clean . We only experienced that our room was located in the 9 floor we had to take 2 elevators and climb stairs up which wasn’t fun at all and 2 days the first elevator was broken so we need to ask for a card service from the hotel to take us to the room . Other than the location of the room we have nothing else to mention that we consider a disadvantage. The swimming pool was nice , hotel has a great view of kata beach

Well, the hotel looks worn out but they what they can to keep it on track. I specifically booked the room with jacuzzi but unfortunately 4 out of 6 nozzles did NOT work and we had an issue with the plug as well. So, it can be a good idea not to pay for the room with jacuzzi and save your money. Swimming pool is ok just like their breakfast “a la carte”. They have a big refrigerator and nice sea view, please see attached.

Amazing views, friendly staff and room was always kept clean and tidy. Just about 15min walk to the nearest beach and located in the middle of kata noi and kata beach, about 20-30min drive to phuket town as well.

Amazing stay with an amazing view of the city from one of the many private room pools and an amazing view of the ocean from the bar.

The room facilities were nice, but for the price I expected a little more. When we first arrived the room smelt like damp. We stayed on the first floor with the a private swimming pool shared with one other room which was really nice and relaxing! but the outside chairs were not comfortable to sit in- they were like dining chairs rather than deck chairs or lounge chairs. The staff were lovely and the location was great, a few minutes walk from the beach and loads of restaurants. If you walk to the other end of the beach there’s a lovely night market. Overall a nice, relaxing stay!

Excellent stay, this is my 4th time going back to the same hotel. Nice view and exclusive location just at the edge of KATA (away from the crowd). 5mins walk to nearest food and entertainment. Loving the vibes.

Location wise hotel is up on the hill and away from the noise. A bit too far from Patong.

An amazing hotel for remote work. I was supposed to stay only 3 nights and I ended up booking a week more.
