Ulasan Amari Phuket

Rasanya seperti sebuah resort, sehinggakan anda boleh menggunakan kereta untuk bergerak di sekitar kawasan hotel, tetapi ia adalah keseimbangan yang baik untuk dapat sampai ke pusat bandar Pantai Patong dalam masa 20 minit berjalan kaki atau 5 minit dengan teksi. Perkhidmatan, makanan dan pemandangan semuanya hebat.

Sikap perkhidmatan di meja depan jarang berlaku di Thailand Terdapat seorang kakitangan wanita yang lebih tua yang mempunyai wajah hitam dan tidak sabar sepanjang masa Perkhidmatan ini sebenarnya sangat jarang berlaku di Thailand.

Lobi hotel sangat kelam kabut. Lama-lama nak panggil teksi. Setelah menunggu sejam, tiada apa-apa lagi kecuali lobi yang cantik. Apabila saya sampai ke bilik, kunci pintunya pecah dan tirainya jatuh di tengah-tengah malam lampu dimatikan untuk masa yang lama dan tidak boleh ditutup sendiri kafe lobi, anda boleh pergi ke sana seorang diri.

This hotel is international standard location is perfect in patong private beach and good sightseeing you can enjoy moment and activity at hotel But pls note this hotel also on service for ling period maybe you can smell a kind of old smell sometime

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night family stay at this hotel. The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning, offering a serene backdrop to our vacation. One of the highlights was the impressive variety of Halal food options, with breakfast changing daily, adding a nice touch of variety to our mornings. The hotel is quite spacious, so we often used the shuttle carts to get around. While convenient, there were occasional delays, especially during check-out times, which required a bit of patience. The poolside area was truly delightful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. However, if you’re looking forward to a sandy beach, be aware that this beach is more of a rocky coastline, so it might not meet typical beach expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Good services , good environment & food acceptable

Very comfortable hotel with good service. Only downside is that transport between lobby and rooms is a bit slow

The friendly service at the reception desk, doorkeepers, restaurants, maid service, and the clubhouse are notable. When Amari was informed of my son’s birthday, the staff prepared a small cake for the celebration. We appreciate the care provided by the Amari staff. We highly recommend Amari to future visitors to Phuket.

Best part of the hotel was the view from the balcony and the lounging pools and many restaurants, all with amazing views.

Wonderful staff. Super friendly. It’s a big campus and tough to walk around the hills but if you don’t mind a bit of fitness it’s not so bad. The club pool and restaurant at the top is a great spot and the hotel is easy walking to Patong Beach. Great location and highly recommended! Thanks Amari!

Pathetic hotel, Staff is so rude what you see room pictures here it will be opposite. I booked the hotel thought it would be good experience but it was opposite. Staff was so rude I don’t stay and I left the hotel immediately. I even dint get my refund back . It’s a Scam hotel so pls beware .

. This price is not as good as other hotels ¥500. The room is small and shabby. The shower area is designed to be very compact and not big.
