No lift so hope your not on top floor lol only 5 floors but with luggage ain't easy other than that restaurant and bar downstairs

Stayed one night while waiting for a bus to samui clean and everything worked

Very far from the shop. Can stay here if you have rent a car or motorbike.

The staff was very friendly

It was really cozy to stay in this place. We were just passing through and it is also near to Bus Terminal 2

Room is large but a fair bit of noise is let in and sheets are bit musty. Location isn’t bad, about 10 mins from old town.

Great service, professional staff. Very hard bed but clean bedding and towels each day if you chose. WiFi,water and aircon great. No restaurant onsite. I enjoyed staying here

Really big, spacious, and clean suite in a hotel near the bus station. It's far from old town and the beaches, but it was perfect for our first night in Phuket after a long and tiring bus ride from Hat Yai. It's a good and inexpensive place to stop briefly for one night before moving to a more central location in the city. Moreover, the hotel front desk person is super nice and helpful! We ordered from Grab Food and the driver delivered our order to the wrong hotel. The front desk took a look at the photo the driver sent and helped us find that location. It was a great stay!

I highly recommend this place. Very welcoming let us check in 2 hours early.. clean nice rooms great price

Главные минусы это: 1) шум, стеклопакетов нет, стены и двери тонкие, слышно всё - улицу, работу лифта, скрип кровати у соседей; 2) нет кухонных принадлежностей, есть холодильник, чайник и кружки и всё, ни микроволновки ни какой-либо посуды; 3) расположение, далеко от всех благ цивилизации, однако относительно рядом с автовокзалом, потому и был выбран для ночёвки; 4) не было горячей воды в номере. А в остальном обычный не дорогой отель. На одну ночь сойдёт.

Чистота в номере, приятные номера. Немного пахло в коридоре.

Обслуживание хорошее, состояние отеля тоже, еда вкусная
