We came to this hotel for the sake of the view, it turned out that you need to pay extra to get a room with a sea view. We paid 1000 baht extra and our room was changed, the room had a bathroom and a beautiful view from the window. But the room cleaning is at a terrible level. Why are the people who work at this hotel not doing their job well? I gave 3900 baht for this room to have a good rest, but when I come to the room and realize that we only had clean towels and that's it, and no one took the crumbs off the table. We also put laundry items in the washing bag, according to the idea they should be picked up, but in the end it feels like nothing was cleaned at all. Why would I pay for the best room in this hotel and receive such service? My mood was ruined. I do not recommend this hotel and I will also tell all my friends about the service at this hotel. Yes, the view is beautiful, but when you come to an unmade room, the mood changes and there is not the slightest desire to stay there. I will attach a photo of what my husband and I will return to after a walk by the sea, but I would like to have a clean room.

This place is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of busy areas. The gym is really well equipped. The front desk staff were amazing—I wish I could remember the name, so I could give her a proper shout-out!

I have booked a ocean hall room (beachfront) for one night to watch the sunrise. According to the hotel's photos on Instagram, the sunrise can be seen directly in front of the room. However, on the day of my stay, there were water droplets on the window, obstructing the view, and the sunrise appeared to the left instead of directly in front. It was unfortunate that I couldn't enjoy the optimal view from the room. In the end, I rushed to the ground floor to catch a glimpse, but I had already missed the best timing.

Normal hotel, you need to rent a bike to get where 50 meters from the hotel there is a delicious cafe, open from 17:00 to 22:00

Everything was good and spot on apart from the restaurant cafe, the 2 girls staff there was so rude and not forgivable. I really wanted to put down complaints on them etc. but at same time I don’t want to cause a scene with there jobs. Eventually they will get there share of karma. So rude and bitchy over small things. If you don’t believe me go there yourselfs and experience there cafe bar with there service. I can’t even explain or start. There wrong in every aspect. Seems like they hate their jobs and lives. I had to take a sneak pic of them. I went to the restaurant in tide next door and there great Matthew the server was on point and was nice guy. We just ate there for 2 days

Amazing hotel on Sirey island with very good breakfast and services

Pros: Great location for sunrise / moonrise. 10mins away from the pier, easy to get to the ferries to go to other islands. Great ocean view from the room on 4th floor. Good staff service. Good in room coffee. There’s a driver to hire with reasonable price. Cons: Rain shower head was broken. Slow service. The pillows are too high for sleeping, and the small cushion is a bit dirty.

Thank you for making my Sister Honeymoon celebration special. I love how the room was done up with the coupleteddy bear, card honeymoon note. Our suite has a beautiful view. Thank you Khun Panchalee Surinrat or K.View form Reservation Team whom make my sister room is amazing and thank for making a good memorable The hotel staff are warm, patient and hospitable; the resort reputation as a leading hotel is well-deserved. A great gateway from the hustle and bustle of work life.

Door room was very hard to opened. I think not only my room but also the next door because can hear when they closed the door very loud. Wall probably too thin becuase i could hear next door turned on a very loud TV I didn't have a good sleep on my 2nd night at all

It was a great stay. Pretty far from everything but I didn’t mind as I wanted to be secluded. Very cute male bachelor aesthetic.

Nice hotel. Location is quiet and nice view unfortunately staff are too less and service was a bit too slow
