Very nice staff, good service and a pretty nice room. All the stuffs were clean. Free shuttle bus service as well

Polite staffs, good service. Food is good too. Insect repellant is provided for the mosquitoes. They have daily housekeeping which is great as the bins are small and fill up very fast. The pillows and bed here are more comfortable compared to other places. A little extra work to clear the dust off the fans and little insects on the walls that I do not know the name would be great!! But I will recommend to stay here.

Amazing room. Very clean pool, and quiet atmosphere. Staff are always helpful. Very good for a long vacation. The advertisement is accurate. The only downside is if you want to travel you will be taking a taxi or a Bolt.

To begin with, the staff are great. They were very reaponsive. The owner also introduced himself when we can for breakfast. Plus, our good experience started even before we came - we asked for a late check-in due to our flight's late arrival and the management were very accommodating as they simply left everything ready upon our arrival and we checked in the next day. The breakfast is of just the right variety: really more than enough to choose from if you're not too picky. Last but not least, food and beverages voucher was a nice perk. We actually tried hard to spend its value as we also dined outside.

location only was little far 30m to 1 hour to busy area. delivery solve this point. very clean no insects, beauty is everywhere. helpful staff. Pool was amazing, don't believe the pics here, in reality more beautiful specially the green garden with pool side. recommended for honeymoon as quit, also nice for family for the facility. I will do it again, sure.

Second time staying at this hotel, Again it did not disappoint , apartment is very big , feels like you are in a house , great to have a bath and having the private pool is amazing , Hotel offers food voucher per night of stay which knocks a bit of the price which without is still extremely reasonable considering the facilities , they also offer free pushbikes cheap Scooter hire and cheapest car hire you will find .. Will be back again next time in Phuket .. 😊
