Popped up to Phuket for a few days of R&R
I always stay on Naiyang beach now as it’s conveniently close to the airport and it’s a lot more chilled than further south in Patong

We arrived at 15:30 and had to wait for our room to be ready.
The room itself was nice and overlooked one of the pools but super far down the corridor and the opposite site to the lobby, swimming pool, entrance and breakfast area.
The water has a lot of algae, just so you know what kind of beach it is.

Very good service, very friendly receptionist, great rooms and amenities, great swimming pool. Nicely located but not right on the beach. Just crossing the road though. On the not so good side only to point out that the gardens and trees are not yet so green, so it doesn’t feel fresh outside the air-con room.

Super nice hotel i think the can improve breakfast options and other services but the rest is supernice , I'm a nomad worker and the place is really quiet , nect to the beach have very good internet connection for an affordable price , staff is incredible nice and helpful!

Great hotel, very near to the beach.
We always choose Nai Yang beach to stay due to proximity from airport and not crowded beach and restaurants.
The hotel it's huge, and with those 3 swimming pools, lot of gardens it feels very calm and relaxing.
The only down side of this hotel it's the breakfast.
It really needs to be improved. The offer is very basic. With majority of guests being westerners, the Asian option could be reduced. With such a great variety of fruits in Thailand, I don't understand why only watermelon and pineapple are offered.
Juices are very artificial from sachets probably.
The utensils, presentation, the room it self feels like a very bad canteen, not a from a hotel/resort.
Many guests don't respect the food, and fill up their plates more than they obviously can eat, leaving behind a lot of waste. This could also be improved with line staff at the buffet area. And some signage written in Russian perhaps...
Overall it's a great hotel, but the breakfast experience can be a frustrating way to start your day.
If I'm staying there again I would pay for the room only and go for breakfast somewhere else.

Nice location opposite the beach , however rooms at the rear are virtually one road back from the beach , breakfast was average at best , pools were nice , rear rooms definitely needed a bit of TLC . reasonable value considering location
