friendly, helpful, and professional staffs. place is new, big, comfy, and very clean. walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores. yummy breakfast. We also tried their BBQ dinner by the roof top. Highly recommended

Lokasi paling selatan Ia mengambil masa kira-kira 1 jam dan 15 minit dari lapangan terbang ke hotel Tidak ada lebuh raya dan trafik di Phuket 4.6🌾 dalam (tiada penyelamat kolam renang lain Yang paling dalam ialah 1.3 meter). Kolam renangnya sangat bersih, makanannya enak, dan bas ulang-alik ke pantai beroperasi setiap setengah jam, dan ia mengambil masa kira-kira 10 minit untuk berjalan kaki. Pantai ni mungkin yang terbaik di Phuket, dan ramai orang semasa Festival Musim Bunga😄, tetapi ia jelas tanpa ombak, dan ada ikan kecil dan sudah tentu obor-obor kecil. Apa yang paling menarik perhatian saya tentang hotel adalah katering yang sangat sesuai dengan citarasa Cina utara, sedap dan tidak mahal, dan agak sedap. Sarapan pagi sebenarnya sederhana. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Especially if you have a kids ,there is a great pool,with slides and kids zone. Nice breakfast,every day they are try to cook some new stuff. More fruits I would suggests. Coffee machine,lots of juices and different kind of bakery Would not agree who said it’s a lot of Chinese people,In our 5 days staycation was a groups but everyone was a gentle and quite.Everything was very respectful. Hotel located on Rawai zone,there is no beach,mostly for boats ,so I would suggest to get bike or car (we got a car) and after 5 min you already on Naiharn beach(best beach in town).Btw Phuket it’s always about move,so I recommend to get any vehicle to be always ready to go somewhere.Lots of beautiful places and restaurants on top of mountains to get a perfect picture during the lunch or dinner.

一句話總結，感覺回家了一樣！酒店價格很合適，但是住在這裏享受到了完全超出的收穫和快樂！ 設施：入住的配套齊全 衞生：非常乾淨，本來帶了一次性床單也沒用上 環境：位置會稍微偏僻一點，但很安靜，正好Googlemap導航就可以到的。很適合放鬆，休息，好好享受假期的地方 服務：兩個本地的工作人員，服務也很好，他們做的早餐很好吃！ ----- 接下來開始劃重點了！ 如果喜歡安靜，乾淨，服務周到可以完全放心來這裏。但是！如果很在意細節和服務特別好的話，謹慎考慮，這邊的空調會比國內聲音大，晚上工作人員下班沒有24小時的服務，真的勸退事多很在意品質和看重被服務體驗的遊客繞行！ 這裡有很多的附加增值服務是你在任何一個酒店都找不到的，老闆娘可以幫忙預約出海的船、租賃摩託車等等，會給你安利好吃，好玩，好喝的地方。就是行走的小紅書！但是不要上來就直接問，這些服務都不是人家告訴你的義務，還是要互相理解尊重聊得來的情況下，可以多和老闆娘問問怎麼玩兒，她會很願意分享。 衹要有了摩託車去哪裡都很方便！離卡倫卡塔海灘很近！還有我看了前面的一些客人評價，基本酒店照片都是和現場一樣，很乾凈，很舒服。

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

Great stay , the staff were very friendly and professional, room was clean and the location for price is very good ! Close to the smart bus that can take you to the airport and the beach was very calm and friendly, definitely coming back !

Плюс: 1. Трансфер до Nai Harn Beach (на Rawai делать нечего IMHO, мелко, много лодок, грязное море); 2. Можно договориться за деньги сделать round trip трансфер до Yanui Beach; 3. Множество магазинов в пешей доступности (7/11, Tesco Lotus, Tops Daily, Tops). 4. Мы заплатили 700$ за неделю (23-30.12). Если цена выше, я бы задумался. 5. Смена полотенец, уборка каждый день; 6. Наличие стиральной машины; 7. Можно пешком дойти до пляжа Sangchai Beach (20-30 пешком с ребенком, 140 бат такси). Проход на пляж 20 бат с человека, но если заморочиться можно обойти платный вход который придумали местные (все пляжи в Тайланде бесплатные и эта плата за пользование лестницей выглядит как самоуправство) вдоль старого заброшенного желтого дома (в который вы упретесь спускаясь от дороги наверху, налево будет вход на площадку с домами и тайцами снимающими дань, направо сток для воды (между заброшенным домом и забором из проволки). Минус: 1. В момент нашего пребывания началась стройка ( решили добавить 6 этаж), как результат шум (бронировал за 4 месяца). Считаю нечестным продавать аппараты когда поанируетчя строительство в отеле. Отменить бронирование невозможно (в высокий сезон, вы в заложниках, выбора куда то перебраться нет за вменяемые деньги); 2. Жили на 5 этаже (номер 69/51, видом на речку-вонючку и частично море, за это спасибо. все что ниже будет вид на стену соседнего отеля (расстояние до стены 5 метров)), но напор воды слабый (то кипяток, то холодная вода); 3. Отсутствует микроволновая печь;

The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. It felt like home. I would definitely stay here again. Things we loved: the pool and landscaping, the teak furniture, the shared washing machine and dryer, the staff, the ease of everything.

What can I say.. if I can give a higher rating I would definitely give but unfortunately there is a limit. From the moment you step foot into the hotel's vehicle dropoff, friendly bellhops assist you with unloading your luggages as they usher you to the front desk with a smile. Then, the counter staff brings forward a cup of (local specialty?) tea and a fragrant towel to help you freshen up. After which, you are escorted to your room with introductions of every restaurant and facility it has to offer. As you walk towards your room, you are greeted with smiles upon smiles from every staff working there. The checking-in experience has been truly welcoming! Room is extremely spacious and beautiful with a beautiful view on the Nai Han Beach from the balcony. There's also a little clipboard filled with a plethora of information ranging from menus of in-house restaurants to interesting activities to do around the area. Breakfast is very delicious (especially the eggs imo!) and definitely helps one to start the day right. The food of the restaurant continues to remain delectable throughout the day while retaining it's high quality. There's also a bar on the second floor where a lady sings classics and old jazz tunes which is what I really enjoy! For outdoor enthusiasts, you can hike from The Nai Harn to Cape Krathing, Black Rock View Point and/or Promthep Cape. Otherwise, the hotel serves as a good rallying point for trips to those beautiful places. Overall, The Nai Harn is an incredibly welcoming hotel with very friendly staffs that also serves incredible food which is also situated next to one of the cleanest beach in Phuket. What's there not to like?
