Great hotel in the heart of Phuket town. Nice room with a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The gym is the best hotel gym I’ve used in Thailand and the pool is nice too. Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey if bought separately.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

Schlechter Start aber dann sehr gut. Wir buchten ein normales Zimmer. Leider wurden wir zunächst in ein Zimmer gebracht in dem offensichtlich kurz vorher ein Wasserschaden war. Es roch unerträglich muffig und viele der Möbel waren aufgequollen. Ich frage nach einem anderen Zimmer und bekam das nebendran. Das war nicht wirklich besser aber es roch weniger schlimm. Nach einer schlechten Nacht bei dem Geruch und Lärm von der Straße baten wir erneut um ein neues Zimmer und ich schlug ein Upgrade vor. Wir konnten dann endlich in ein ruhiges und renoviertes Zimmer umziehen. Dieses Zimmer war ganz wunderbar. Ich empfehle daher gleich ein etwas besseres Zimmer zu buchen. Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt und alles war man braucht. Der Stil des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht nocheinmal dazu buchen. Es ist kein Buffet sondern ein Gericht auf Vorbestellung mit zwei Getränken, das auf das Zimmer gebracht wird. Die thailändischen Gerichte sind gut und reichlich. Das amerikanische besteht aus Rührei und einer (!) ungetoasteten Scheibe Toast. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir mitten in der Nacht einen Feueralarm weil eine Person in ihrem Zimmer geraucht hat. Es hat sich schnell aufgelöst, dass es nichts bedrohliches war. Jedoch wurde sich dafür mit keinem Wort entschuldigt. Das fand ich sehr schade. Prinzipiell würde ich es wieder buchen aber eben ein besseres und ruhiges Zimmer und ohne Frühstück.

The hotel has recently opened. It is located right in the center of Phuket old town and it is ideal for people wanting to explore not only the old town but the rest of the island. This lovely old building has a long history dating back to the tin mining day and it has recently undergone a total renovation. The renovation has been carried out to an excellent standard and the staffs in typical Thai style are extremely helpful and attentive. In a town where car parking is as a premium this hotel provides unique parking facilities in so far as you can drive you car to a floor level immediately adjacent to your room. The rooms are well air-conditioned, extremely comfortable and as the hotel is located off the main street are totally quiet. The restaurant provides an excellent breakfast and the hotel even has a quite unique swimming pool. Overall we have had an excellent stay and I would sincerely recommend this hotel. We stayed in a private room with a ensuite bathroom, the room is a bit small but big enough for us. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, however it was fairly basic toast and cereal. There were lots of restaurants around this hostel but nothing really to do in the day. It is also well connected via bus and taxis but taxis were expensive. However we did have problems with the buses as some of the timetables were wrong.

We stayed here for two nights this week and had a wonderful time. The hostel is located in the heart of Old Town and is very accessible to all the local attractions. We were able to book a day trip to the Phi Phi islands through the hostel and got great deals and discounts due to being guests here. Everything was very clean. Hugh shout out has to be given to the staff, especially the two ladies who were working on reception as they were so kind and helpful and created a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hostel and would also stay here again if we were back in the area.

We had such a great time in this awesome hotel I stayed at recently. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The room was fantastic, too - really spacious and comfortable, with everything you could need. And the location was perfect, with easy access to all kinds of cool spots in Phuket Town just a short walk away. Plus, there's a super cool bar/restaurant in the lobby that's really happening at night. We would love to stay here again!

Las habitaciones quedan en el 3er piso..si lleva maletas pesadas va a bregar un poco. Colchón bastante cómodo. No dan toalla. Los camarotes son bastante altos, perfectos para uno no peg**** en la cabeza. En recepción entra muy bien la señal de internet...en cambio en la habitación no coge señal, nada, nada. Solo funciona desde el segundo piso para abajo. La Sra. muy atenta..muy amable, me ayudó a conseguír un taxi moto para que me recogiera en el hostel el día siguiente a las 5:30 a.m. para ir a la estación de bus de salida al aeropuerto, aunque el trayecto es bastante corto, pero llevaba maleta pesada. Es tan seguro Phuket, que en este Hostel duermen con las puertas abiertas jajjaaj, Así es, la reja que da a la calle de noche no la cierran, debe ser muy seguro jajja. Como a 5 cuadras hay una Calle larguísima que los dias Domingos se convierte en comercio, (bazar night) y venden comida de toda clase y muchas otras variedades, muy bonito.

This was my first hostel on my trip in Thailand, and really set the standards high! The rooms were spacious, clean and large. I absolutely loved the ‘booth’ type beds and the bathroom/shower facilities are excellent and well kept. There is a launderette attached to the hostel also! It is located in the Old Town, which is gorgeous! It is a 30 min drive to PaTong and a taxi cost us €4 each (4 of us) to get there! The staff are gorgeous and so kind. We rented a moped near the hostel for an entire day. We had to give one of our passports to the shop in order to rent it. When we returned at 7pm, the moped shop was closed and we had planned a trip to James Bond island for 6:30am the next day. My boyfriend and I were very concerned about the passport so we approached the reception. A lady working there reassured us and kindly offered to return the key and helmets to the moped shop and collect our passport. And she did! When we returned to the hostel after our day trip, she greeted us with our passport and confirmation that all items were returned to the moped shop. We are so grateful for her kindness and help. She made us feel less anxious and we were able to enjoy our day trip. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
