Extended my stay one more day . May house is 15mins walk to beach. If you want to visit old Phuket town, just cross the road and wave the public bus, 40 Baht per trip. Within 5 mins walk you will reach supercheap or mini big C. You can buy alot of snacks or daily from there. If you need some local food, can order from may house, after cook they will bring up to your room. Super super convenience.

The hotel is forbidden to enter, which gives me a sense of security when traveling alone. The staff are very enthusiastic, they will say hello when they meet, and any problems will be solved immediately. Regarding hygiene, since it is an old resort, the bedding is very clean and comfortable. In terms of hotel facilities, the hotel has two large swimming pools. In addition, the hotel's greening and other activity facilities are also very good. However, after all, it opened early and the facilities are somewhat aging. Regarding water quality, it is recommended that you bring a filtered showerhead. The water quality in Thailand is really poor. The hotel is located right next to Karon Beach, just across the road from the back door. There are street lights on the street, it is spacious and bright, and it is safe to travel at night. There are messages and restaurants nearby, making entertainment and dining very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely beautiful resort with friendly and helpful service, even during the holidays! Location is good for people who don’t want to go too far, just beach/pool/food markets/Muay Thai—so if you’ve already done Bangla Road or Phuket Old Town, this is a nice respite from all the crowds Absolutely would stay again. Krab kun kha!

A nice hotel with art theme. We got the family room with pool access and it was so worth it. The pool was clean and has floats for all to use. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Lots of towels provided, room slipper, beach mat, beach bag were provided. There are lots of insects and mosquitoes around though, so we couldn't really air the room. The main pool was undergoing renovation when we were there. There is another pool on another level. We didn't really see any other amenities. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent.

We recently stayed at Pullman Karon for our anniversary for 17 nights, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a junior suite for free, and the bed was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. Their attention to detail and customer service truly made our stay special. Unfortunately, the room service food did not meet our expectations, and the same goes for the open international buffet. Although the selection was limited, the beef (steak) and fish barbecue were excellent. The pool area had a very good and relaxing ambiance. The bar was great, and the bartenders were amazing, serving delicious drinks and French fries. However, there was construction in one of the buildings that created loud and disturbing noise, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Thankfully, we couldn't hear it from our room. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. We expected more variety from a 5-star hotel. Despite these minor issues, we were overall very satisfied with our stay. The exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made our anniversary celebration memorable.

Service was excellent, staff are really friendly and helpful. It was our anniversary trip, they decorated our room and even free upgraded room for us! It was so lovely and we got room with direct excess to the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is at a very convenient location, close to shops and Karon beach. Staffs are nice, environment is good and suitable for little kids. The massage service is right next to the pool, very friendly to families. We got the room in front of the pool with the big slides, wonderful view! Will definitely come back again.

Our stay here was great. The facilities were top notch and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The location is good too. Everything in Phuket seems far away because of the traffic but the beach was in walking distance from the hotel which was great. The only thing we suggest is telling the customer upon checking that if the deposit is done by card the money would be returned in about two weeks, we recommend paying the deposit/guarantee in cash. Other than that everything is great. We had a great stay at Avista Grande. We will definitely stay there again!

Hotel is right on the beach in Karon (only hotel which offers this I believe) so the location is perfect for those who want beach access. Nothing else in the nearby area though, apart from a beach restaurant called Daengs - very reasonably priced food and drinks here; you will visit this place plenty rather than eating and drinking in the hotel. Compared to what you get outside, the hotels prices are high and you’d be foolish to eat all the time in the hotel with so many great food options in Karon, Patong and Kata. Karon town centre is about a 15-20 min walk along the beach - you have to cross a river on the beach so be prepared to get wet feet. Otherwise the walk into town is on a busy road with no walkway, so be prepared to use Bolt (this is best for Phuket NOT Grab) or a taxi to get anywhere from this hotel unless you walk along the beach. Our room was huge - Premium Room - and we had a huge wraparound balcony. However the balcony seemed like a bit of a waste of space (the “lounge” area was outside) - personally I think if it’s going to be designed as a suite with a lounge area, that should be inside the room not on the balcony as it was a waste of space. I’d probably only book this room category if I liked sitting outside all the time - a standard balcony with more space inside would’ve worked better. Having said that, the buildings and the grounds are IMMACULATE and BEAUTIFUL and you really do feel like you are staying in a paradise resort. The pool areas are great, there is a lazy river, slides and a cliff you can jump off - it’s a lot of fun for water babies! The only downside (other than no 7-11 or no other restaurants nearby) is that there are a LOT OF STAIRS to tackle here at the resort. There seem to be only 2 x elevators which will take you from the ground floor up to the bedrooms - and they are situated at either end of all the blocks. We stayed in block 4 and it was a 15 min trek back to the room from the pool. Or you walk up 72 stairs…yes, 72 stairs, to get to your block. Not advisable for elderly or infirm people. If there were more elevators (and clearly marked step free access) then this would make the resort a lot better.

This hotel doenot provide tooth brush and tooth paste Hotel had s beautiful view to Karon beach,but not recommended for disable or old people ( like us already 80 yrs and my wife 79 yrs old) and who suffer knee painful ,because this Hotel doesnot have a lift.
