Hotel berhampiran Villa Benyasiri, Phuket

This place advertised for Roof Swimming pool and Breakfast availability however, after I checked in I realized none of that was available till May 2023 due to a 6-month renovation. Interestingly enough there was no remodeling, renovation or construction going on. I brought that to the staff's attention and their answer was ”this is a room only facility”. Worse yet, they would not supply a second room key, or electricity key or even some ice. The main receptionist named Ms. Beauty was very nice but, overall this place is NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all (maybe worth half the money I paid). I'll never go back!

Senarai makanan restoran sedap Bilik kami besar, pemandangannya hebat - Pemandangan Laut Beberapa perkara untuk hotel bertambah baik: 1) tempat duduk tandas mempunyai kotoran yang tidak boleh ditanggalkan 2) meja terlalu kecil dan hanya 1 kerusi. Memandangkan kami memanggil perkhidmatan roo.m tetapi tidak ada tempat duduk untuk makan kami adalah sekumpulan 4 orang, jadi kami perlu berdiri dan makan. 3) penghawa dingin kadang-kadang mengeluarkan bau yang tidak menyenangkan (rasanya adalah saliran.) 4) Apabila hujan pintu depan akan mempunyai kolam air tetapi kemudiannya letakkan tuala untuk menahan air hujan masuk ke dalam bilik. Keseluruhan Dinso hebat akan tinggal lagi

Kemudahan: sangat lengkap, nampak kolam renang kecil dari bilik, mandi tiada masalah, penghawa dingin tidak bising, bilik yang saya diami sangat besar, jika anda suka hotel yang lebih besar, ia hanya sesuai untuk anda. Kebersihan: penuhi keperluan saya Persekitaran: Sangat bagus. Saya tinggal di bilik di mana anda boleh melihat laut dan matahari terbenam. Reka bentuk luaran hotel adalah kelas pertama dan sangat tersendiri. Sarapan yang disediakan juga menepati keperluan saya. Lokasinya, jauh dari pantai dan tidak jauh dari jalan komersial, saya sangat suka, kerana kami pernah ke Pulau Phi Phi sebelum ini, jadi kami tidak berminat dengan Pantai Patong, mahupun di Bar Street, dan pada masa yang sama masa, kita takut terlalu sibuk Tempat itu sangat bising sehingga saya tidak dapat tidur. Berita baiknya, saya tidur lena. Digabungkan dengan harga hotel ini, saya rasa ia adalah hotel yang paling kos efektif pada harga yang sama. Hotel yang kami tinggal berdekatan tidaklah sehebat hotelnya sebelum ini. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah hotel ini terletak di atas bukit dan mengambil masa kira-kira 1 minit untuk mendaki bukit. Tetapi saya menikmati hotel peringkat pertengahan ini, saya rasa ia berbaloi.

У гостиницы новый владелец, отель в стиле Китая. Телевизор не работает, интернет не к черту . Есть посторонний запах в коридорах , оборудование, кондиционер, телевизор все старое , все как то потёрто и пошарпанно , вот это все что касается из минуса . А теперь из положительного, полотенца и постельное белье были чистые и запах был свежести и новизны. Наполнение что в ванной и у намного набора были очень даже хороши, не в каждом есть такие наборы, щётка, бритва, расчёска, зубная щётка, шапочка для душа , и много другое . Очень преветственный хозяин приятно поговорить. Что по завтракам, завтраки на Китайский стиль, изо дня в день, есть изменения не значительные, но они есть . Нет просто холодной воды , а так все вроде нормально . Завтраки было платные , но за счёт не дочетов , их включили в стоимость, мелочи , но приятно . В общем им надо ещё подтянуть сервис. Бассейн на троечку ,

Хороший свежий отель. Непритязательные завтраки. Номера чистые, если необходимо убраться, то ставьте табличку у двери в положение ”Уборка”. Если нужны виды хоть какие-то в сторону моря на Патонге, то берите номера с видом на море/город и от 4 этажа и выше. На 6 этаже (крыше) находится маленький бар и бассейн, тренажёрный зал в районе 15кв.м кто пользуется ими вообще не понятно. Только если при отпуске свыше 14д, и то не факт. Это считается 4 линией, до ночного рынка где море еды уличной около 800м. Рядом с отелем есть магазин 7/11, прачечная, простые кафе, обменники. Кушали в основном на рынке или ближе к 2-3 линии. Отель не для семей с детьми и пожилых. У кого болят ноги он тоже не для вас. Не понимаю людей, которые берут сознательно этот отель, и пишут отзывы что он на горе и постоянно в гору. Вам и в обычной жизни трудно угодить. Либо физкультура, либо байк берёте и все отлично. Прозрачный туалет душ, это даже прикольно 👍 есть шторка. Если вы едите вдвоём МЖ, то что друг у друга вы не видели 😂 что могло бы вас смущать. Кондиционер есть, дует нормально. Балкон маленький, сушки отдельно нет, ее просто некуда поставить на балконе, так как места заняты стульями и столиком. Если вам не понравилось, то скорее всего вы не умеете выбирать отель под себя и вам кто-то его выбрал, не рассказав нюансы.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

Traveling to Phuket for the first time as a family and we had a wonderful stay at OZO. Good location near the beach and opposite the Kata night market with lots of food choices. Kata is a family oriented area compared to Patong. We checked in about an hour earlier and it was nice of the hotel to include a single bed in the living room without charge. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with ceiling fans in both areas. Good that hotel provides free parking too. Breakfast selection is ok. Pool area is popular with families and nice to have a slides for kids. Overall a good hotel choice for families.

前期：首先給予大寫的贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。 本想安排沙灘附近的親子酒店，怕人多吃個早飯都在搶座位，就放棄了。往後翻翻就找到這家別墅區酒店，定下來付款之後可以去郵箱裏找老闆微信，提前溝通很絲滑。老闆熱情，有問必答。 到達篇：從機場打車過來大概1小時左右，使用bolt大概800-900🐷，也可以讓老闆協助訂車。接機的時有姓名牌，還挺有範兒的。😁普吉的主路就這麼幾條。這家酒店就是主路拐進去300米多就到了。第一次到達，還覺得小路有點窄，後來發現，這個島上的路都是小小的上下單車車道。所以，這邊還算是鬧中取靜了。 周邊篇：酒店上下各有一個711，上面的小點，下面的大點，兩家都不遠。從酒店往上走大概300米還有租車的地方。旁邊有家泰式蒼蠅小館的老闆英語不錯，可以溝通，菜品也不錯。對面就是一家正規泰式按摩店，服務好！繼續往上走100米就有水果攤。 🍇🍉🍎🍋🍊 環境篇：酒店門口不大，不像酒店那種有一個大堂。但裏面別有洞天。正對面就是泳池，別墅是圍着泳池一圈建的，一個獨棟是2間客房，但是隔音特別好。我跟朋友挨着住，聽不到隔壁任何聲音。房間是在花園中，打開窗簾就是整面的綠植，看起來賞心悦目☘️🍀晚上有各種鳥輕鳴，🌿🌱。度假感拉滿！雖然我們拖着娃。靜下來的時間不多。😂😂😂 設施篇：早就聽説布吉的水質差，我們自己帶了過濾噴頭，但是這家酒店的水質格外優秀，4天一家三口洗澡，過濾棉也衹是稍微有點黃了。後來跟老闆聊天才知道，這裡是地下水，不是市政供水，所以水質尚佳！屋裡有冰箱，微波爐，大衣櫃。放東西非常方便。還挺有家的味道。 人文篇：老闆娘一直沒在（之前微信一直溝通的“網友”），老闆和龍哥偶爾會在大堂。每次路過都會熱情打招呼，問問今天玩得怎麼樣？我們也屬於自來熟的，每次必須聊幾句，一來二去，感覺很投機。平時去個近處老闆在且不忙的話還可以騎摩託送一送。 沙灘篇：附近有個拉威海灘，退朝可以趕海。還可以從拉崴坐船到對面的島嶼抓螃蟹。躲在礁石縫隙裏的彩色蟹，還有沙灘上的小沙蟹。拉威繼續往前就是雅牛沙灘，這裏就是老外眾多。但是勝在人少！！！安靜！！！不像巴東那樣，拍照還得找角度躲開人。 總結來説，就是如果你要找度假，安逸，適合帶娃。想要鬆弛度假感覺的酒店，選這裏，沒毛病。如果你要的是換個樓房，排排住。這裏滿足不了。 説了一堆好的，最後提點小建議。一個是希望以後冰箱裏做個水吧，每天提供2瓶飲料，這樣感覺很温馨。第二，希望早餐可以讓親子的選擇多一點。

Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.
