Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

Not sure where to start….. I totally agree with the previous writer location is not good it’s miles away from decent activities, surrounding area is far from what you would expect from your holiday destination, yet alone somewhere claiming to be five star. The worst part about this is, the hotel is not self contained so you MUST go out for your meals. Unfortunately we did not see a local restaurant which look clean enough for us to enjoy a meal therefore we travelled each time to Phuket central which cost us 200 B each way (that’s not much but add it to your stay) Breakfast: what can I say……if you are use to rice or pasta for breakfast then you are ok. If you are also use to cold fried eggs sitting under a useless burner, likely breading millions of bacteria then you will be fine too…. I appreciate warm/hot countries normally have issues with flies but these flies are invited to breakfast as barely anything is covered and nothing kept hot. The gym: what gym I would say….just a few equipment in a small room The room: we had a swim up room and a private pool room. The swim up pool was cleaned regularly, not sure if this was daily but I give them the benefit of the doubt. The private pool was cleaned once during our 10 day stay and that was because I asked them to clean it. It was filthy and I wanted to enjoy it but even after they cleaned it I was afraid we would be infected by the mass of black moss sitting on the tiles. One big plus for the rooms was that on the surface it was clean. Unfortunately on our last day after my daughter was charged because her hair product had soiled to bed linen we identified the duvet and pillows were soiled. (What you don’t see can’t hurt you) Staff: in general I would say they were very nice but the day they presented my daughter with the sheets telling her to pay for them I realised they were pretty much two faced. I get that, they need to be nice because they are running a business but meeting such split characters whilst on holiday is something I don’t like at all. I pay my money to enjoy myself and I do not appreciate unprofessional mismanagement while I am on holiday. The experience was so bad the manager could not even bring herself to say good bye on our departure, yet she was present every other days. This could have ruined our holiday but thankfully craft was our base hotel while we travelled around Thailand.

Schlechter Start aber dann sehr gut. Wir buchten ein normales Zimmer. Leider wurden wir zunächst in ein Zimmer gebracht in dem offensichtlich kurz vorher ein Wasserschaden war. Es roch unerträglich muffig und viele der Möbel waren aufgequollen. Ich frage nach einem anderen Zimmer und bekam das nebendran. Das war nicht wirklich besser aber es roch weniger schlimm. Nach einer schlechten Nacht bei dem Geruch und Lärm von der Straße baten wir erneut um ein neues Zimmer und ich schlug ein Upgrade vor. Wir konnten dann endlich in ein ruhiges und renoviertes Zimmer umziehen. Dieses Zimmer war ganz wunderbar. Ich empfehle daher gleich ein etwas besseres Zimmer zu buchen. Die Lage des Hotel ist gut. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt und alles war man braucht. Der Stil des Hotels ist sehr schön. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück würde ich wahrscheinlich nicht nocheinmal dazu buchen. Es ist kein Buffet sondern ein Gericht auf Vorbestellung mit zwei Getränken, das auf das Zimmer gebracht wird. Die thailändischen Gerichte sind gut und reichlich. Das amerikanische besteht aus Rührei und einer (!) ungetoasteten Scheibe Toast. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir mitten in der Nacht einen Feueralarm weil eine Person in ihrem Zimmer geraucht hat. Es hat sich schnell aufgelöst, dass es nichts bedrohliches war. Jedoch wurde sich dafür mit keinem Wort entschuldigt. Das fand ich sehr schade. Prinzipiell würde ich es wieder buchen aber eben ein besseres und ruhiges Zimmer und ohne Frühstück.

The hotel is located near Phuket Town - has its quietness yet not too far from Thalang Road The staffs are all very kind and nice Love the ambience of the hotel, the room, the restaurant etc Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott if I am back to Phuket

This hotel was so amazing. I booked it because my boyfriend and I were interested in being closer to the pier which would take us to Phi Phi Island. The pictures showed us the decor and the cleanliness and the price was very affordable. The staff is very helpful, especially Fern. She was patient and informative. My boyfriend ended up booking another night in a different room because of how much he liked it.

I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to write one about Z Nite. The place is awesome! The host is incredibly accommodating and nice. The rooms are super clean and big and the AC and fan combo is ideal for a good night's sleep. I've been recommending this place to everyone I know going to Phuket!

We stayed here for just 1 night and needed to be near town because were going to make a tour early next day. We had the family suite with 2 rooms. Personnel did not spoke much english but was so nice and willing to help that he really made us feel super attended. The suite had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms so was very convenient for us. We were 1 block away from night market and minimarket so it was convenient to have dinner and buy things for breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Here comes a serious warning from using the pool. I was in there for a short period of time and I had a bad eczema on a before just irritated spot from my bra. Needed to go to the pharmacy, took me about a week from my holidays. Check in late was difficult too.

Highly recommend La Moon. Arrived to Thailand late on Monday and was greeted by the most friendly staff, accompanied by fresh orange juice, which was unreal after all the travelling. The rooms were great, big bed, decent shower and good balcony. All you need really for a few nights. The breakfast 10/10, 120bht for fresh fruit, toast, tea/coffee AND a freshly made hot breakfast. Great stay!

Fine place, clean, great location, nice old building and very friendly staff. The capsules are a good size, massive locker for luggage, with a smaller one above for sundries. No breakfast. The light in my capsule didn't work. The plug sockets were weird in that they were high up, much higher than the lead on my phone. I had to take my bag out, rest against the wall and charge with the phone atop the bag! Anyways no disaster! Very nice place, with great Aircon. Total five star recommend!

Great location with scooter rentals, restaurants, a mall and old town in walking distance. The staff seems young but professional and helpful. The room and bathroom is clean. The restaurant downstairs had delicious food. The single thing that drove me crazy war the constant beeping of an alarm going off and it echoes through our entire floor. Otherwise a comfortable stay.
