Hotel Fortini

We went last year to this hotel and have fallen in love with the place. The value is great, if you don't mind the après-ski place meters from the hotel. Fair enough the Bar closes around 10pm, so you can still get a good night sleep. The next day, you will be able to be first in line for the gondolas up the mountains, as they are even closer than the party place. We had half board, which means that breakfast and diner were sorted, and always offered lovely dishes, especially for diner, with an a la carte menu, which can be substituted by a pizza order. The staff has been lovely, and I would like to specially give credit to the young Lady working at the reception desk: Marlene. Even when we had an issue to discuss with the manager, she kindly assisted in us communicating with her Italian speaking manager, took the time explain everything, and did all this without ever loosing her calm, in a most capable and professional fashion. The kind of people that make a good place, a great place. A true credit to the Fortini Team! We will be sure to come again.

This place is great if all you want to do is ski. The staff were all lovely, service was very good, the food was mediocre (given Italy has fantastic food available), the ski room was good and the location is fabulous if you want to ski and lousy if you dont. Little to no sound insulation between rooms meant we were treated to a range of interesting shared experiences (!) This hotel literally shares a building with the Groste Express Telecabin lift and ticket office. That takes ski in ski out to a whole new level of immediacy. It is also next to the car park for the lift. The bar of the hotel is the go to place for the staff who work on the mountain to grab a last minute cappuccino before their shift or to kick back after. You can expect a mob of engineers, drivers, attendants and instructors every day. This is NOT a criticism, but if you envisaged a quiet romantic place, this isnt it. The noise level wont bother you if you get up to ski, but forget sleeping late. The thunder of ski boots starts about 8.10 am. The central air vacuum system also makes sleeping late problematic. This is about a mile and a half from the village of Madonna Di Campaglio. There are buses if you dont have a car but they are a little idiosyncratic on their timing. Currently Italy requires the highest level of masks be worn everywhere - most people actually ski in them. Limits on some lifts in terms of numbers of people sharing a cabin. We had to check in at the ticket office everyday to have our vaccine status updated on our lift pass even if you buy a multi day pass. Every restaurant required vaccine status.

Ristorante molto buono, tutto pulitissimo sia le camere, il bagno e i locali in comune. Ambiente bel caldo e molto accogliente. Colazione abbondante e varia, personale gentilissimo, cordiale e sempre attento. Consiglio vivamente , spero di tornarci presto, merita molto .

Un Hotel 3 stelle ma che ne vale almeno 4. Abbiamo cenato per 5 giorni nel loro ristorante perché dopo averlo provato per la prima volta non ne abbiamo più fatto a meno, tutto buonissimo. La posizione perfetta, strategica ma lontana dal ****** e molto tranquilla. Esattamente sotto al percorso per il lago Montagnoli con annessa funivia. Personale gentilissimo e simpaticissimo, cosa ormai difficile da trovare. La camera ha tutto il necessario, unica pecca l’assenza di un mini frigo bar che alla fine non è servito. Veramente tutto perfetto, ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella! Grazie!!

L'hotel Fortini è stato per noi una grande scoperta!!!!! Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in questo luogo incantevole!!!!! La pulizia impeccabile delle camere, il ristorante veramente ottimo, noi abbiamo fatto la prima colazione dove si trova di tutto,dal dolce al salato, tutto di alta qualità e bontà!!!!! E poi tutte le sere abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, piatti squisiti e prezzi ragionevoli!!!!! L'accoglienza, la cortesia di tutto il personale e'di elevato livello!!!!!! L'hotel si trova vicino alla cabinovia Groste' e non lontano dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio!!!!! Che dire.. ..grazie di cuore per aver reso la nostra vacanza perfetta!!!! A presto.. Torneremo!!!! ❤️

Hotel alla buona pulito e personale gentile Stanze spaziose con letti comodissimi.Ristorante con piatti molto buoni anche se un po' caretto ma ci sta'.Ottima posizione per chi vuole fare delle camminate e non lontano dal centro.Lo consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo chiesto 3 pizze d'asporto, in una delle quali la parte centrale era letteralmente carbonizzata e ricoperta da fette di crudo ( e 1 capello), impossibile da proporre a clienti al tavolo, impensabile... La pizza mangiabile era leggera e fragrante, ma non ci sarà una seconda volta.

Hotel in buona posizione sia per le passeggiate che per gli impianti di risalita, comodo anche per raggiungere il centro di Madonna di Campiglio sia a piedi con una passeggiata di una ventina di minuti che in auto (con il ticket del parcheggio esterno all'hotel è possibile parcheggiare anche in paese). Camere spaziose e silenziose, personale gentilissimo e disponibile a darti istruzioni su cosa fare. Buon ristorante sotto l'hotel. Da ritornarci

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, il personale molto disponibile e gentile. La prima sera abbiamo cenato nel ristorante dell’hotel e i piatti erano molto buoni e abbondanti. Siamo stati veramente bene. È anche in una posizione secondo me perfetta, si può raggiungere il centro a piedi senza dover spostare la macchina, solo con una mezz’oretta a piedi; e di conseguenza non c’è troppo affollamento che potrebbe essere fastidioso per alcune persone. In poche parole tornerei domani se potessi, lo consiglio a tutti. ☺️
