The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.

Big and nice

沒有暖氣，房間沒有茶包，沒有咖啡。也許是價格便宜。沒有任何服務。 離店時，沒有使用房間飲料，但要求我付款24歐元房間飲料款。説是有記錄，後據理力爭，來了經理，可能將別的房間誤記入房賬。管理一般。

酒店應該是以前的雷迪森，標稱五星，實際上就是個國內三星的標準，總體比較有性價比，就是距離市中心路程遠了點。早餐還可以挺不錯的蠻豐盛，意式歐陸餐，訂的時候也包含在價錢裏了，房間內部設施感覺是時間比較久了很舊，歐洲酒店都如此，而且所謂的雙人床都是兩張單人床拼接在一起，酒店整體佈置包括周邊環境還行，能望見斜塔和大教堂，但其實和市區之間有點距離需要走好一段路，因為歐洲城市規模都不能和國內城市比，比薩就這麼大點地方，感覺酒店旁邊都是城郊社區，如果沒有車晚上從比薩市區走路回酒店還感覺蠻偏僻的有點害怕，要走大概四十分鐘還要穿過一段鐵路底下的地下隧道，唯一好處是酒店距離比薩的其中一個叫Rossore的小火車站比較近可以作為散客下一站去佛羅倫薩的地方歇歇腳臨時住住，真要旅遊度假這兒啥也沒有，比薩就一個斜塔和大教堂能看看其他風景一般般，估計節假日國內旅行團來這兒住的比較多

我訂了個大床房寫的一個人住，本來是兩個嘛，沒想那麼多就寫了一個，過去硬要加36歐，房間不變説我訂的時候寫的一個人，暈，周邊比較偏，離披薩斜塔不遠，但是走過去的路走的恐怖，走一個長長的橋下過道，很吵，周邊也沒啥吃的

房間大， 有陽台可抽煙，酒店有大停車場， 酒店設施、裝修有點老了， 特別是衞浴。 早餐可以 ， 如果來Pisa的可以入住。離Pisa 開車8分鐘。

수영장 빼고 리모델링이 시급한 호텔입니다. 하루 이상은 못자겠네요. 위치도 너무 안좋아서 호텔 자체 셔틀버스 운행을 하게 되면 보다 많은 분들이 오지 않을까 합니다. 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

比薩很小 酒店還不錯 很乾凈

피사에서 5분거리이며 주차장은 매우 넓습니다(유료) 호텔은 크고 조식당도 크고 식당과 수영장이 연결되어 있습니다 가격대비 가성비 좋은 호털입니다

我還以為撿漏le。5⭐酒店這個價格。 停車居然要收費。酒店衞生真的很一般。這個根本算不上5⭐。 4⭐都算不上。希望攜程給這個酒店降降⭐。 還要收取停車費。真的無語😑

酒店的環境和早餐不錯，可房間裏垃圾桶是壞的，淋浴龍頭支架不靈洗澡時需要手護着不倒，吹風機壞了又放了個好的在衞生間，但吹頭髮時帶壁掛拖斗😬，好在價格不算貴也不在乎5星當3星住了
