Great place to stay!

酒店大堂設定乾淨整潔，配有咖啡和熱飲水24小時供給，服務態度很好，有求必應。尤其突出的是提供免費的早餐，且每日不重樣，可口衞生。房間大小合適，沙發陳舊且臟這點不爽，燈罩上佈滿灰塵，細節處理有待提高。衞生間台盆浴缸還蠻乾淨。

除了空調聲音有點大，其他都不錯👍

I spoke to your Customer Service representative this morning. I told him how disappointed we were. No room service during our stay. Although, late Saturday I was informed no room service today. I did ask for clean towels and I did receive them. I was told we would have room service on Sunday. That did not happen. Our shower was level with the floor. So when we took a shower the floor in the bathroom was wet. We are 71 & 76 that is a serious falling/slipping issue. Our bathroom door slid back & forth. It never stayed closed. This is certainly not we are use to from Hampton. We were offered money off our next trip, we don’t think it is enough.

The room's bedding was minimal, offering just a thin, stained duvet with a hole in it, and no top sheets. It felt like comfort and cleanliness weren't priorities. The noise level was another major issue. The walls were so thin, it seemed like you could hear everything from the rooms next door and the hallway, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the experience left a lot to be desired, and it felt like the hotel wasn't well-maintained.

Shower was broke. When we told the girl at the front desk, she took our number and said the manager would call. We never got a call. My husband was told by a worker that he couldn't fill up both cups in his hand with coffee because it was a full house and he couldn't be doing that. The one was a water cup and he didn't even intend on putting coffee in it. And we had to pay $25 for parking for a few hour stay. Definitely will not be coming back.

It’s easy to find exterior of the building is nice , heavy traffic but inside building very quiet ,staff are friendly

The property was nicely kept. I was pleased with the room, however it felt a little cramped. There was not much space between the bed and the desk and dresser on the other side. They were doing some work on the property during the day which I am sure necessary, but the contractors tools and equipment were all over the lobby making it feel messy.

Very clean and comfortable room. Only think I don’t like is paying to park at a motel I’m paying to stay out. But close to the hospitals make it a great choice.

Shower could have been cleaned better. There was brown and black hard water stains and particles throughout the shower.

The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was run down a bit. Carpwt squares were looses, some stains on the bathroom door, no hook to hang towels in bathroom, and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The pillows smelled like stale smoke when you fluffed them. We asked for a room refresh before returning midday for showers and when we returned, it wasn't done. Overall, I would not return.

There was a slight mix up initially when checking in due to the influx of patrons for a concert among college sporting events, but the ladies at the front desk were amazingly friendly, professional and addressed the issue with no inconvenience to my self or family.
