環境不錯，但是早餐不是很好，希望能夠多點花樣，服務人員態度很好，下次如果來匹茲堡，還希望入住這個酒店

房間比較大，服務設施還可以，但是靠近高架橋晚上車聲會比較明顯

Upon arrival there was a bit of a wait as there was a bus drop off. The check out lady was kind and they got through the line fast. We went to our room and as soon as we opened the door the room had a weird smell. The carpets are a bit stained. I pulled the covers back to check the sheets and there were hairs all over the bed. Not a few a ton. I called the front desk and they were polite and said they would bring new sheets up. 45 minutes go by. Nobody brought them up. We went to the front desk and requested them again. The rooms besides the carpets looked updated. 6.00 for a bottle of water in the room and 20 something bucks a day to park is insanity. We came home after a few drinks and there was nowhere to get water so we had to drink the 6.00 bottle. The trash can on our floor near the elevator was piled up with trash. The shower area is so small and tight. Beyond that the workers were kind. The breakfast was Luke warm but at least it’s offered. For the cost per night I did expect better.

Very nice hotel in great walkable location, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms. Was really happy with our stay.

The property advertised a restaurant on site. They do not have one. They also advertise that they had a swimming pool. However, it was closed all week. But it had water in it.

Great property and room. Visiting but not for a game or on game day. Easy walk to downtown or even the South Shore.

No safe, mini fridge, or microwave in room. The towel rack in the shower had rusted and had the clean towels on it. Location is good and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t appreciate paying $22 for parking for one day. That’s a bit much. The breakfast was nice & we enjoyed our stay.

Clean but lots of noise from the parking lot. Walk in shower was nice. Great location. No hand soap in the room. Slow elevators. Breakfast was just okay. Would stay there again.

The check in process was horrible. Im from out of town and wasnt greeted properly, nor explained how parking worked at the lot or that they actually took it out of the deposit. Any services, perks or breakfast wasnt discussed at the time of check in. I get it, we can have bad days but keep your personal life seperated from your work life. I traveled from out od town and chose to stay at the Hyatt due to the location not knowing a whole lot about it. When i walked in to check in it just wasnt a friendly welcome and the lady seemed like she had an attitude and wanted to take it out on me. Not a good first impression.

The room was updated and spacious, clean. Maid service was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was great. Location was perfect.

The staff was friendly and the accommodations were nice. Our room was very roomy and had a fridge which is always great to have. BUT cleanliness was just surface. Had we not been EXTREMELY tired and rising really early every day of our trip, I would have noticed a lot sooner that someone had spit 2 loogies (or at least I hope thats what it was) on the wall which had dripped down and dried that way. The sink was a bit gunky so that says to me that the sink isnt clean. And if the sink isnt clean, I can only imagine the shower not being cleaned. The white hand towel looked like someone had wiped their hands on it before. Our comforter had some orangish stains on it which looked like someone wiped their licked, orange cheeto hands on. The lid of the toilet looked like someone had stepped on it. Again, I would have said something had we not been so tired the whole trip and noticed all of this until the night before we left. Super glad I travel with my own sheets, blanket, and cleaning supplies. Also, on our first night there, the alarm went off at 3:45am-ish. Walked downstairs just to be told it was a fluke and can go back to our rooms just for the alarm to go off again 10 mins later, give or take. Also...what the heck is up with having to pay for parking?!! Really ridiculous being that we already pay a good chunk of change to stay at your establisment. The room served its purpose, will we be staying there again? Highly improbable.

This was a great location for what we needed. Very clean only sad part was when we were down at breakfast a lot was gone and not refilled. Overall, definitely would stay again!

Alarm rings throughout middle of night. Only one working elevator. Service of management is subpar and lacks empathy. Communication is poor.
