Great place to stay in Pitts. Connected to the David Lawrence convention Centre is a convenience. Many trendy restaurants in the vicinity. Staff was kind and helpful. Concierge desk was specially helpfull with our city needs and reservations. Comfertable rooms. Loved it.

Hello! Dropping in here to say a special THANK YOU to the amazing Precious at the front desk who not only helped me with a difficult reservation when I called it in, but she saw it through we I arrived. When we had some time to wait for our room to be ready she directed us to the chairs in the loft that were 'like clouds' -- and she was right! AND, she did it all of this with a smile and absolute expertise! We love her!! And we love this hotel. We will most certainly be back!
