Perfect location if you are attending an event in the North Shore area! You step outside of the hotel and are right outside of the People’s Gate for PNC Park or 10 minute walk to Lombardi. We came for a show at Stage AE & were so happy about the quick walk to and from the venue. Additionally, you can quickly walk down by the river or take a stroll into downtown. Breakfast in the morning is one of the best services I have had at an RI. The man who sets up the service is a straight hustler & makes sure everything is top tier (sausage patties were delicious). Everything was fresh and hot. If you are parking in the lot, watch out for nails. There is a construction site across the street and we left the parking lot with 2 nails in our tires. (Note we stayed Nov 2023) Just want to say Julian at the front desk was so nice! Extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Was coming to town for baseball games at PNC park. Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to fields. Arrived at noon and the check in was smooth. You need your room key card to go up In elevator. Stayed on 17th floor with city view, could see a little of the Clemente bridge and PNC park. The hallway had a musty smell, room was clean, just a few cosmetic things. Didn’t feel like the AC was working very well. The maid service respects the door hanger and won’t bother you. I didn’t drive or park but valet prices were a little steep.if was to come back for another sporting event, I would stay there again.

The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The continental breakfast was decent, but not great. The location is fantastic if you're in town for a ballgame. However, my room was at the very north end of the hotel near the highway and the road noises at night was pretty bad/loud due to the elevated roadway. The reason for my terrible rating on cleanliness is that when I turned down my sheets, I had black flecks of something all in my sheets, as well as a long dark hair under the top sheet I could see. Additionally, I had some sort of dead bug on my side table. It looked like potentially a bed bug, so I didn't get much sleep the only night I was there. I'd recommend this hotel to stay at with a few caveats of asking for a room on the south end of the hotel as well as checking your sheets as soon as you get into your room.

Kelemahannya ialah saya memilih hotel ini kerana ia mempunyai pengangkutan ulang-alik untuk perkara-perkara di sekitar Pittsburgh dan pengangkutan ulang-alik itu tidak pasti untuk COVID. Hello! Dropping in here to say a special THANK YOU to the amazing Precious at the front desk who not only helped me with a difficult reservation when I called it in, but she saw it through we I arrived. When we had some time to wait for our room to be ready she directed us to the chairs in the loft that were 'like clouds' -- and she was right! AND, she did it all of this with a smile and absolute expertise! We love her!! And we love this hotel. We will most certainly be back!
