It has microwave and refrigerator, so it is so good. But air conditioner is noisy. Breakfast is not good and not bad.

Clean. Could use some variety on the breakfast. I’ve already booked another stay.

This hotel started out ‘not good’ and ended ‘absolutely terrible’!! My husband and I were there for a doctor’s appointment, and the hotel was chosen due to proximity to the doctor’s office. The clerk at check in was rude and short with me. Very unprofessional. Upon entering the room, we noticed a used toothpick and a bobby pin on the counter - right next to the note that our room had been sanitized!! The bed felt broken and the entire left side of the bed sunk towards the middle. The breakfast the next morning was watery gravy and super powdery eggs - Yuck! As we were leaving, there was no acknowledgement of us leaving from the clerk. No good byes, or asking how our stay was. No courtesy whatsoever. As we get in our car - a horrible noise occurs - and my husband realizes our catalytic converters from our Toyota Sequoia had been stolen!! We were parked in front of the hotel, about 5 or 6 spots to the left of the front door, near a street light! We went inside to tell the clerk - and she offered no sympathy or help. She literally held up her hands and said, “we’re not responsible.” When asked if they had security cameras, the reply was “yes, but my manager is the only one who knows the code, and she’s on vacation. Sorry!” The lack of effort to help us in any way was infuriating. It made us think this is a common occurrence at this hotel. So this 1-night hotel stay will cost thousands of dollars to repair my vehicle. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE —- EVER!

Lelaki yang bekerja di kaunter penerimaan tetamu pada hari Sabtu pagi selama kami menginap sangat ramah dan ramah! Saya harap saya mendapat namanya. 1 daripada kakitangan wanita (shift 7a-3p ketika kami mendaftar masuk pada hari Jumaat) sangat ramah ketika saya bercakap dengannya .. lelaki yang saya kira adalah jenis AGM yang ”memeriksa” bilik yang dibersihkan sebelum mendaftar masuk pada hari Jumaat tidak pernah mengenali kami walaupun berdiri di hadapan kami ... dan pekerja shift 2 wanita adalah pekerja shift 2 biasa. Sibuk dengan semua yang berlaku, tetapi cukup bagus. Ruangan itu cukup bersih, kecuali karpet yang perlu dikosongkan. Alangkah baiknya jika jarum suntik dengan sampah lain di tempat letak kereta akan diambil pada suatu ketika selama 3 hari penginapan kami. Tetapi untuk kadarnya, teka-teki pengemis tidak boleh menjadi pemilih.

My wife and I rushed to Plano TX after our daughter had an accident. We stayed the first three days at the Richardson Hilton Double Tree, a filthy hotel $120 per night with horrible service except at breakfast. Rooms are not made even if you ask them to. Two Coke cans an two half sandwiches cost us $32. So we moved to the Quality Inn at W. Plano Parkway. They gave us a $67 per night discount and a confortable 1- King-bed bedroom with many premium TV channels for free. They make the rooms everyday, ice dispenser is also for free as well as a basic breakfast with boiled eggs, sausage, cereals or waffles, yogurt and coffee. Place is always pristinely clean. Restaurants and stores are at walking distance and many more around the corner on Preston Street. But the best of this hotel is the courteous, personalized 5-star attention we enjoyed from James at the desk. I'd recommend this modest great place to anyone not looking for luxury but to make sure that all your needs are covered to your satisfaction and that, if walking the extra mile is needed, they will gladly do it for you.

We love staying here it's right in the middle of town there's everything around it very busy area.

We came here for a friends wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Great service! The only thing we saw was a little bit of an issue was the drains in both shower and sink. They were very slow to drain the water.

Excellent hotel. Clean. Free breakfast. I stayed in a king suite. Very nice. The one and only complaint...the coffee in room and at breakfast was not good quality at all. That won't prevent a repeat visit, but it is something easy for the hotel to correct.

Stayed at this hotel for three days for a family get together, stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. They set-up was perfect for our party of four (two couples). We enjoyed having a shared living room area for socializing and conversation. All of the furniture was comfortable and clean. Everything in the room was in good was in good working order, very comfortable bed and linens, responsive A/C system. Room was cleaned each day (a rare thing in hotels today). Common areas were well maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and well-stocked each morning. Hallways were well maintained, featuring photos of Texas-born celebrities (had fun trying to identify them all.). Staff was always helpful and polite when called upon for any matters. Location was convenient for all of the things we needed to do, a bit further from Downtown Dallas, which you would need a car to travel to downtown Dallas. Used outdoor pool twice, nice and refreshing, and well-maintained, along with the outdoor seating and recreation areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in the area; I enjoyed staying here.

雖然靠近高速公路但很安靜。一樓游泳池也不錯。有跑步機。早餐也不錯。房間如果提供瓶裝水就更好了。注意 沒酒店多數都沒有拖鞋需自帶。
