This was altogether a very nice hotel. It’s conveniently located next to Harbin’s Main Street. The hotel is charming, with decoration that looks out of a Russian novel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room wasn’t too clean and it smelled a bit of smoke, we requested to change the room and the staff was very accommodating. I think the best part of my stay was the hotel staff, everyone was polite, helpful and lovely. It definitely made my experience better. Special shoutout to Yangyang, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 这是一家非常不错的酒店。它地理位置便利，紧邻哈尔滨主街。酒店很有魅力，装饰仿佛出自俄罗斯小说。房间干净舒适。房间不太干净，还有点烟味，我们请求换房，工作人员非常配合。我觉得我住宿中最棒的部分是酒店工作人员，每个人都很有礼貌、乐于助人且非常友好。这确实让我的体验更好了。特别感谢杨杨，她在整个逗留期间都非常友好和乐于助人。

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent issue I encountered during my stay. I booked a room through Trip.com for 6 nights from December 27, 2025, to January 2, 2026. However, I mistakenly booked a single bed instead of a double bed. (Just only 1 more night on 2 January to 3 January ) When I tried to address this issue with your staff, I was only informed that I would need to pay an additional amount to make the change. With not helping and no service mind. Even if i asked to talk to your manager at first time but i got denied. Actually, on December 29th, I had already booked the room and paid for the breakfast, but I did not use either service. I never intended to ask for a refund. However, on other days when I used the breakfast service, I was still charged as usual, even though you could have helped me by waiving the charges for the day I did not use the service. I never requested anything else, but simply sought to correct the booking error by changing from a single bed to a double bed. I have stayed at various Ritz-Carlton locations, and this experience has been the most disappointing in terms of service and staff handling. After my initial request to speak with a manager was denied, the manager eventually came to speak with me but offered no solution other than to cancel the reservation. This is not the level of customer service I expected. When I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. This level of service is unacceptable and very disappointing. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to address the service shortcomings. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The staff is wonderful and they took care of us. We checked in at 2 o’clock in the morning and there were still waiting eagerly waiting to take care of us and we got in the room we had to sleep. The breakfast was great. They were able to translate and the breakfast is laid out nicely. We were given different options for the breakfast as well so we chose the buffet breakfast and it’s wonderful. I would recommend anyone to come here and stay and it is a fantastic place to stay at staff is friendly kind and the place is comfortable.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

Perfect hotel..nice band ambiance even the outlook of hotel just a small hotel.. We stayed there for 4 nights , the breakfast is most suitable for us for among 5 hotels we stay. Elderly,young kids and adults all love it .. Will recommend to friend

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

Sebuah hotel yang cantik dan mempesonakan, bahagian dalamnya telah diubah suai dengan cantik. Saya tidak menemui apa-apa yang menarik berdekatan, tetapi metro terletak 10 minit jauhnya. Entah bagaimana kami mendaftar masuk tanpa penterjemah, walaupun kami tidak bertutur dalam bahasa tersebut. Tetapi mungkin saya hanya letih dan tidak berfikir dengan jelas. Sarapan pagi sangat biasa, tetapi ada yang makan di sana: nasi, telur, dan jagung. Saya tidak mengenali yang lain. Jika saya ke Harbin lagi, saya pasti akan mendaftar masuk lagi.

I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveller, and it was honestly a great experience. The hotel is very nice and cozy, perfect for one person. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and the overall environment was comfortable and pleasant. What really stood out was the staff and the hotel manager. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Even though there was a language barrier at times, they always took the initiative to communicate and assist in any way they could. I’m especially grateful to the hotel manager, CHARLES SONG. I accidentally left my laptop at Harbin Airport, and when I asked for help, he immediately took the initiative to arrange the delivery for me without any hesitation. That level of responsibility and kindness truly meant a lot to me. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Harbin, especially solo travellers. I would gladly stay here again.
