This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, I just have to praise it! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. Their warm attitude instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The floors were sparkling clean, the bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and odorless. The bathroom's vanity and toilet were spotless, without a trace of grime, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. It was a truly comfortable stay. For us, traveling by car, the parking was the most satisfying aspect. The hotel's own parking lot had plenty of spaces, and there was 24-hour security patrol, making parking convenient and safe. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. What's even more considerate is the hotel's excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions, saving us travel time and making it convenient for both sightseeing and trying local delicacies. This stay was absolutely perfect. The next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel is perfectly located near Saint Sophia Cathedral on Central Avenue, right next to Zhaolin Park, making it super convenient for getting around. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately struck by its unique charm—romantic, chic, and warm! I absolutely loved the decor. The room details were meticulously thought out, showing great care and quality. The toiletries smelled fantastic, and they even provided welcome fruits and drinks in the minibar. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent! What truly made my stay heartwarming was the staff. A very handsome gentleman and a lovely lady at the front desk were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, always friendly and gentle in their demeanor. It really speaks volumes about the hotel's human-centric management and the professionalism of its team! This trip to the Northeast was wonderful, and staying at such a delightful hotel was the icing on the cake! Meeting such warm-hearted people made it even more special.

This five-star hotel is a bit older, and while the exterior looks good, the rooms are a bit small. However, the service was surprisingly excellent, just as previous reviews mentioned – it's like the Haidilao of the hotel industry. They even gave us a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but they offered additional main courses you could order, which was a nice touch. The laundry room has two washing machines, but only one dryer, which isn't quite enough, though they do offer complimentary laundry service. Of course, the most important thing is that during Harbin's ice and snow season, this is one of the few high-end hotels that doesn't drastically inflate its prices, making it a highly recommended choice.

I dont have any pictures but the hotel room was good even the environment around was quiet but that s good. Not far from Beima subway station and easy to go to Zhongyang road the hotel staff was really nice and kind here!☃️🌟🌟🌟 I have a small trip to snow town and they allow me to keep 4 very large baggages at the hotel which I really appreciate.

Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

The room was incredibly luxurious with a fantastic view! As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the scenery outside the window. The spacious design was perfect for traveling with kids, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a picturesque view, like a painting. Every morning, opening the curtains was a visual feast, and my child clapped their hands with excitement. The location is superb, close to Fantasyland and right near Xueyun Street, which saves a lot of time and effort when traveling with children. The surroundings are also very quiet and pleasant. The service was thoughtful and meticulous from check-in to check-out – truly impeccable! All the staff were incredibly friendly and patient. Seeing that we had a child, they proactively helped us with our luggage, recommended kid-friendly activities, and thoughtfully prepared children's amenities. The family-friendly experience throughout our stay showed how much the hotel values its family guests. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely come back with them!

From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had. Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The service was quite good, and the facilities were also pretty decent. I didn't notice any issues with the room; the cleaning staff did an excellent job, making it very clean. The overall environment was quite nice. All in all, it was a satisfactory stay.
