Overall, the hotel is ok, you can live, but it would be nice to do a renovation, since the condition of the furniture and interior leaves much to be desired. The location is excellent, various shops, cafes, Huafu and a pedestrian street are within walking distance. I booked from December 28 to 29, 2024 for 2500 ₽ on trip com. There were no problems with check-in. They checked me into a room with one double bed and one single bed. The room was warm. Everything you need was in the room. For that kind of money, I think it's quite normal, for more money it's probably better to look at an alternative. The bathhouse in the hotel is for an amateur, it costs 33 yuan per person. There are massage services, which you need to be careful when ordering, they can include in the bill secondary services that you did not need. I ordered a foot treatment for 100 yuan, not knowing the technique of this massage, and in the end, due to a misunderstanding or specially imposing additional services, they gave me a foot cleaning for 59 yuan, a pedicure for 79 yuan and a foot massage for 79 yuan.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! There's a friendly porter at the entrance who helps with luggage and always greets you warmly when you come and go. All the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Besides the fixed set menu and buffet breakfast, the hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea and a free late-night snack every day, which is a really thoughtful touch. I absolutely loved the chocolate chip cookies; I asked the staff, and they told me they were made by their own pastry chef. They even packed a box for me to take away. The room was very cozy and clean, and the service and environment are just as good as any star-rated hotel. The location is also superb; turn left, then right, and walk about 200 meters, and you'll reach the Hongzhuan Morning Market. Turn right and walk 200 meters, and you're on Central Street. There are also many great food options right outside the hotel. I truly can't recommend this place enough. I feel so lucky to have booked such a satisfying hotel. If I get the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely choose this place. 👍

This hotel offers the best view in Harbin, boasting a prime spot overlooking the Songhua River with panoramic city views from every angle. It's also conveniently located. This high-end Chinoiserie French-Chinese style hotel features exquisite and luxurious interior design, from the lobby to the front desk, restaurant, and every detail in the rooms. The breakfast is very rich, and both the pool and gym offer great scenic views. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious food, and the night view is stunning. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning is meticulous, and they even arranged for fruit and dessert to be sent to our room. A truly excellent stay.

I specifically chose this Shangri-La, a bit further from the city center, because parking is convenient. It's also very close to the Tiger Park for a morning visit, and I could even catch some extra sleep after seeing the tigers. The view from the window is nice, you can see the Ferris wheel. The price during the National Day holiday was also excellent; it offered good value for money.

This boutique hotel, converted from an office building, boasts a classic and opulent Baroque style. It's small but exquisite. The room is compact but sufficient. The bedding and toiletries are of excellent quality, and the facilities are new and well-designed. The housekeeping service is thorough, with meticulous cleaning performed daily after we've gone out. The front desk staff are attractive, provide attentive service, and are very welcoming. The restaurant staff are also very accommodating, clearing tables promptly. Breakfast is plentiful, but the quality could be improved. The fruit and ample drinking water delivered every afternoon are a generous touch, provided on demand. The small parting gift upon check-out is also thoughtful. The afternoon tea selection, especially the beverages, needs more variety. After a four-night stay, we rested very well and had a great time.

I booked a Grand King Room, and luckily, there was a promotion, so I paid a little extra to upgrade to a City View Suite. The room was very spacious, fully equipped with all amenities, and impeccably clean. There were also welcome gifts like capsule coffee and fruit. The service was excellent; staff would open the door for me when I entered and exited. During Halloween, Central Street was packed with people, and from the observation deck, you could see the bustling pedestrian street below, which was a fantastic experience. Upon checkout, I even received a lovely little gift. The breakfast was outstanding, with an unlimited self-service steak station where they cooked it fresh to order, allowing you to choose your preferred doneness. The meat quality was also excellent. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay.

From the moment I entered, they helped with my luggage, offered hot towels and tea during check-in, and provided a detailed room orientation. The attentiveness was truly all-encompassing. The room itself was also superb; the bedding was spotless, and there was a wide selection of pillows. At 8 PM, they even offered a sleep-inducing drink. All food deliveries were brought to my door by hotel staff. The afternoon tea in the lobby, served from 9 AM to 9 PM, was also of very high quality. Unlike some hotels that just throw together some cheap snacks, this one offered a generous amount of high-quality items, likely homemade by the hotel itself, showing they truly care. It was a very satisfying stay overall. The only minor drawback was the location, which was a bit far from Central Street.

The lobby, situated on the 42nd floor as a 'sky lobby,' is spacious, bright, and impressively luxurious. Both the rooms and public areas are meticulously clean and inviting. The rooms themselves are generously sized and well-lit, with every detail reflecting the hotel's unique cultural charm. Staying here offers a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the Ewenki ethnic culture. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, which is incredibly convenient, and there's also complimentary late-night supper, both of which are delicious. The hotel staff are all very warm and friendly, and each one acts as an ambassador for Ewenki culture, enthusiastically answering any questions you might have. The overall ambiance is elegant, showcasing the quality of a high-end hotel.

The room is clean. Fruits are delivered in the evening. It is very convenient to go shopping at MixC. It is close to the subway station. There is a large parking lot. The breakfast is rich in variety. The facilities are complete. The service is also great. 025 I will choose this place again when I come to Harbin for business.

The hot spring access for two days during my stay was incredibly cost-effective. The only reason it's not a perfect score is that the children's sauna clothes were a bit worn out. The buffet price for hotel guests is 69 per person.
