This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on this trip, I just have to praise it! As soon as we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with big smiles. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and they even proactively helped us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions about local attractions. Their warm attitude instantly made us feel incredibly welcome. The room itself was an even bigger surprise. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The floors were sparkling clean, the bed was neatly made, and the sheets and duvet covers were fresh and odorless. The bathroom's vanity and toilet were spotless, without a trace of grime, and even the corners were thoroughly cleaned. It was a truly comfortable stay. For us, traveling by car, the parking was the most satisfying aspect. The hotel's own parking lot had plenty of spaces, and there was 24-hour security patrol, making parking convenient and safe. We didn't have to worry about finding a spot at all. What's even more considerate is the hotel's excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to nearby attractions, saving us travel time and making it convenient for both sightseeing and trying local delicacies. This stay was absolutely perfect. The next time I visit this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

This hotel is absolutely stunning! My friend and I stayed here, and from the moment our ride-share dropped us off, we were just saying ”wow, wow, wow!” It's an incredibly beautiful hotel, giving off a distinct Russian palace vibe. The attention to detail is remarkable, truly embodying the warmth and hospitality of Harbin. The location is super convenient, right next to Zhaolin Park. It's a breeze to get to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. We even walked to the Songhua River. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

Nangang Junyi Hotel deserves a perfect score! Downstairs, Laodingfeng and Zhangjia Congee Shop offer a plethora of local delicacies, so you'll never run out of places to eat and explore. Upon check-in, we received a welcome fruit basket. The room was so clean it practically gleamed, and the Mousse mattress had just the right firmness. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully deep sleep. The bathroom featured a smart heated toilet and branded toiletries. Little details like the humidifier and coffee capsules truly showed their attention to detail. The breakfast spread was massive, with freshly made wontons and grilled steak. They also offered a complimentary afternoon tea with proper coffee and delicious desserts. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and proactively offered travel tips. Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean. The front desk were very polite. I would like give a special thanks to the beautiful lady in the front desk who helped translated everything for me and help me find a laundry.

Although the room is not very big, it is clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very close to Mudanjiang Railway Station and opposite the Mudanjiang Tourism Service Center. The surrounding area is also very convenient. The staff is also very enthusiastic and gave fruit snacks. There are many Russians staying in the hotel, and there are many beautiful women.

Snow Village truly lives up to its reputation! The 5-hour drive from Harbin was definitely worth it. Honestly, before booking accommodation in Snow Village, I was completely lost. There were so many hotels and guesthouses, and I had no idea which one to choose. Considering safety and comfort, we opted for a hotel called 'Xue Zhi Xiao Zhu'. What surprised me was the five-star concierge service offered by this small hotel in such a 'small place' as Snow Village. After booking and paying through Ctrip, I immediately received a call from the hotel. They added me on WeChat and provided a full itinerary explanation and recommended routes, right up until our arrival when they helped with our luggage and guided us. This hotel is incredibly clean, and they even offer thoughtful local specialties as gifts. The food was also delicious (we tried other places, and this hotel's food was definitely tastier and reasonably priced). On our way back, the young owner enthusiastically pulled our luggage on a sled for us and dropped us off at the boarding point before leaving (he wasn't even wearing gloves in -27-degree weather – very touching). There are so many other details I won't go into one by one, but you truly get what you pay for. A business that genuinely cares for its customers is trustworthy and highly recommended. We chose the Retro Era room at Snow Mushroom Hotel in Xuexiang, and it was an amazing experience! The room decor had so much character – old wooden cabinets, floral bedspreads, feather duster hanging on the wall, and antique kettles; every little detail was full of nostalgia. The *kang* (heated brick bed) was wide and super comfortable. The three of us sat cross-legged on it, chatting and playing cards. We could even order food to our room, which really amplified the ambiance. Despite the retro style, the facilities were excellent. They even provided a humidifier, which helped with the dry air. The hygiene was also top-notch; bedding was changed for every guest, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The hotel's Northeastern dishes were also superb – the river fish, *luandun* (stew), and cabbage dumplings were authentic and generously portioned, offering great value for money. They delivered the food directly to our room, and enjoying authentic Northeastern cuisine on a warm *kang* was pure bliss! The service was also very thoughtful; they contacted us via WeChat before check-in to provide directions and important information. I highly recommend this room type for both family trips and friends traveling together – you won't regret it!

Arrived at the hotel with a mix of excitement and apprehension for winter in Harbin. As soon as we stepped out of the car, a handsome bellboy at the entrance, upon learning we were checking in, immediately helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk. The young lady at the front desk was warm and efficient with the check-in process, and the manager proactively upgraded our room. During our stay, a friendly host came to introduce the hotel's history and available services, then led us to our room, explaining how to use the facilities. We instantly felt at home. The century-old Russian-style aristocratic elevator is still operational, and the antique gramophone still plays music. The lobby is grand and opulent, with old artworks adorning the walls, truly showcasing the ceremonial charm of an historic hotel. Breakfast was also good, with specialties like pan-fried steak. While having coffee in the room, I accidentally broke a saucer, and the manager promptly assisted with the issue and waived the fee. Upon departure, they even gave us thoughtful little snacks. It was a very pleasant stay. My fondness for Harbin now comes from the warm people we encountered. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The staff are all welcoming. They really are accommodating and help us with our needs. They also booked us to the private car which made things easier since there's a language barrier. Make sure to have a WeChat app to help with communication. Overall stay is okay, they are really friendly. Location is okay if you don't mind walking from the shuttle bus since they have a butler to pick you up there.

The service was quite good, and the facilities were also pretty decent. I didn't notice any issues with the room; the cleaning staff did an excellent job, making it very clean. The overall environment was quite nice. All in all, it was a satisfactory stay.
