Boutique Hotel H10 White Suites - Adults Only

Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.

Stayed for one week on B&B terms at this 4* hotel. Great location - 15 mins walk to Playa Blanca town along coastal promenade, or Rubicon Marina in opposite direction. Plenty of restaurants in both. Well stocked supermarket just across the road - very handy. Adults only. Comfortable ground floor 'suite' comprising large bedroom with superking size bed (a bit firm). Excellent bathroom with toiletries supplied. Lounge with wardrobes, fridge, Nespresso machine (some capsule included) but no kettle - available from reception. Leads through patio doors to terrace facing the pool area with 2 chairs, table and sun lounger. Shady but great for relaxation. Pool access is important as we could step out of the room directly whereas the main room entry was less accessible at the rear of the block. First floor rooms enjoy more sunshine but not directly accessible. There are 2 pools - one allegedly heated (but both very cold on our visit). Pool area is well maintained and pool loungers are supremely comfortable but have plastic covers which get very hot in the sunshine - added to which you are only given one beach towel each which is of insufficient size - so bring extra towels! We think the hotel should consider making towels available on demand. This being an all-inclusive resort if selected, there is a single restaurant with buffet style service. We didn't have lunch or dinner there (better opportunities elsewhere). Breakfast was OK and a decent continental selection, but busy with hot food presented under heated lamps - temperature was lukewarm. There is a fresh eggs station - but limited offering. Service was good throughout. Room was maintained spotlessly; reception team helpful. Bar service more spotty and occasionally busy. Musical entertainment around the pool most days, of mixed quality but (apart from DJ on one day) pleasant enough and not too intrusive So come here for great location, decent rooms, good service, comfortable loungers and adults only. We thought excellent value and would return. Happy to recommend

Just returned home after a weeks stay at the H10. Had paid extra for a pool view room but you had to lean over balcony to actually see the pool! Asked to change and this was done immediately with the help of the “bellboy “ Aluvirno. Apart from this hotel and all staff excellent and friendly. Food could have been slightly hotter but the choice was amazing. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Pools and outside bar lovely. One criticism is there are not enough sun umbrellas to go round and despite being told on arrival no sun-bed saving there are still the selfish ones who save their spot one way or another by 7.30 in the morning !!! Maybe management should close off the pool area until after breakfast ? We would definitely go back to this hotel. Great location too.

We came out with friends who had been before. We loved the location. The staff were all great. The bars were well run and we loved the barman in the inside bar. The rooms were clean. But I have to say, the food was awful. The pool looks great in the pictures but we struggled to get sunbed together (4) as most had towels on them, we ended up behind the hut! What's the point of a hut there? Once they pulled the curtains we had no view whatsoever. Sadly we won't return.

Just me and the wife this time sadly a lot going on in the background. Weather was fabulous which was a bonus but. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FABULOUS A REAL TEAM EFFORT WITH THE TEAM AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME. A real fabulous holiday in great surroundings with fantastic staff Met and made new friends xx now that’s a real bonus

Myself and my 22 year old daughter stayed at the White Suites for one week, half board. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday. I could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The Buffet food I found to be excellent with a wide variety of choice and plenty of it. We were able to change from having an evening meal to lunch very easily. We didn't try the hotel restaurant as having visited Playa Blanca many many times we enjoy eating at the various restaurants on the front so preferred to eat out if wanting something different. The food at the pool bar was basic, (wraps and finger food) but I felt it was enough for a light bite. Being half board we had to pay for drinks, however these were not expensive( cheaper than what you would pay in the restaurants/pubs outside the hotel) I really like the fact White Suites is small boutique hotel and is only two stories high. The door to your suite/room opens up onto the outside, leading you through winding paths amongst the trees giving the hotel a quiet village atmosphere. The accommodation was spacious and very clean with really comfy beds. It had a large bathroom and plenty of storage/wardrobe space. The daily entertainment around the pool although limited, suited us as we wanted a quiet chill out week, which we got. Although, told on arrival that you cannot reserve sun beds, most people did. But to be honest there were always spare beds knocking about at anytime of the day. I would definitely stay at the White Suites again.

Hotel very clean …staff were lovely and polite,room was nice ,bed very hard so they put toppers on our bed…pool area was lovely but we never used due to people putting towels on the sun beds before breakfast…we spent our week going to the beach and chilling there.. When it comes to the food in the hotel . All I can say is we went down to the sea front and had our meals there , Food at hotel was poor . We would go back to Lanzarote but not that hotel …

This hotel is made by the staff, everyone is very welcoming super friendly & professional. The hotel is the perfect size to ensure there’s an atmosphere without being impersonal. Stayed here twice now & would go back without hesitation. Food good rooms are clean & a good size.

Slightly delayed review of this hotel - overall we enjoyed our stay here back in March.Very clean and spacious room.Grounds are nicely kept and hotel ideally situated in central Playa Blanca.We thought the food was pretty good however my main gripe is the fact when the restaurant opens for breakfast at 8am the grill is not set up at all so the poor lady chef has to try and cook bacon, fried eggs,omelettes and pancakes etc whilst a long queue develops. This could easily be resolved by a) having more than one chef "show cook" and b) have them start earlier to get themselves prepared. We were one of many guests that found this a little frustrating. Overall however we were pleased with our stay here and would consider returning.
