Stayed for 1 week at the Elba premium suite with my family . We had 2 rooms close to each other . The rooms were fabulous , lovely comfy beds , coffee machine , water stocked daily in the mini fridge and fantastic outside patio area with sunbeds and seating area . The maid cleaned the room everyday to a high standard . The staff at the hotel work extremely hard . The all have smiles on their faces and can’t do enough for you . I did come across some holidaymakers getting rude with the staff because they had to wait for drinks , but this was no more than 5/ 10 mins . The drinks were fantastic , premium quality and large measures 😂 The food was fantastic , something for everyone , one of the best I’ve had at all inclusive . In particular it was lovely to have champagne for breakfast , which was a lovely touch . The facilities at the hotel are fab especially the 2 hr pass you get for the spa . We all enjoyed the steam room , ice bucket and facilities and there was no one else using it at the time . The pools are great ,a little cold but fine once you get in . On our last day we managed to keep one of our rooms on till 4.30 are wristbands were cut off at 12 and we were given a lunch pass for dinner This was fab and give us extra time on our last day and only cost 30 euro . Thanks 🙏 so much for a fantastic holiday , you are 🤩 and we are all missing our holiday so much 😃

We recently stayed at Elba in the premium suite and while the accommodation was nice, the overall experience was very disappointing. The food quality was poor! Many complained about the uncooked chicken, so much so a good vet could have brought it back to life! There was a significant lack of choice, bland and unnamed mystery food. Despite being fully inclusive, only local drinks and a couple of naff cocktails were included. Additionally, the towels provided had holes in them. Overall, the food quality and choice overshadowed the decent accommodation. Shame, get your act together

Nice hotel .. I stayed in the Elba Suites . Lovely rooms however the adult only pool enclosed and small. Food was lovely I was on Half Board . There was a smell at the adult pool bar and sometimes near my suite which wasn’t pleasant I also found a couple of in my suite but this was quickly addressed by the management. . It was very windy for May but warm and it didn’t spoil anything . Playa Blanca resort a 15 to 20 min walk away. Plenty of cafes bars shops etc . The Marina is lovely . Elba Suites do provide a complimentary bus to and from the Marina.

This place is incredible for a quiet break for a couple if you want to recharge your batteries. We had access to the adults only part and that time of year everything was so quiet and peaceful. The individual little bungalows are great with a patio area, Nespesso machine, generous bathroom and living area. The food and drink offering was fabulous, barista coffee and freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, a grill with 4 proteins on for dinner. My only ****** would be the drinks service during dinner with staff being very attentive to larger parties but no so we felt to us. It could be solved simply with being shown to your seat and offered drinks at the same time. The adults pool is small but sufficient. The bar of an evening was chilled with a brilliant selection of branded drinks and excellent service there. We did say it could be overwhelmed peak season and we wouldn't go then but our week was perfect. Its a small walk through the new cut through down to Playa Blanca and if booked through Jet2 the bag collection idea is excellent. Love it Biggest compliment I can give it is we are booking for Jan / Feb next year

I’ve cancelled my holiday here due to poor reviews and food poisoning so have changed to a better 5 star hotel. I don’t think I will ever visit due to poor reviews and the tiny adults only pool. What upset me was lack of any parasols around the pool and just coconut shades that you would have to move your subbed around.

Really enjoyed the Cuban mojito experience with Ramon....although he plays his music very loud. Premium suites are best if going as a couple. Excellent hotel. Costa coffee animation guy entertains everybody and makes sure everybody gets involved

Contracted severe food poisoning, resulting in me needed urgent medical attention as I would have been at risk of dying if I didn’t consult with a doctor. Sick over 15 times in 12 hours. No help whatsoever from the hotel staff. Left to wait in reception even though I was still suffering with food poisoning. Did not provide us with any compensation for the 4 days we lost due to being ill. Absolutely shocking and would never return to this hotel.

Book this holiday with jet 2 (all inclusive) but not sure what that means . Just arrived today 21/05/2024 for one week went to the bar to ask for a drink he said to me that I had to pay for it apparently it’s on the list of drinks that you have to pay for . Premium suites gold band means nothing when it comes to drinks I had a word with the receptionist who said to me I know it makes no sense? His words !!!while I was at the bar several people asked for drinks that are marked on the drinks menu as being free i e Heineken Guinness no not in stock the barman said , This Hotel is a joke and is being very dishonest be very careful when booking this HOTEL YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR .
