Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The hotel is in good location The room is above pool so noisy during day as expected but as other reviews hotel smells of **** and can be very noisy at night room clean but could do with additional housekeeping frequency changing beds , ridiculous that additional fees for iron,remote for tv , WiFi , fan and hair dryer we booked half board breakfast not always hot evening meals same food every night just cooked differently or one meat changed like beef one night lamb next not always hot . Lifts always breaking down and when you misses is awaiting a knee operation the lift is vital but would let us use mobility scooter without blue badge . Hotel has problem with bugs the rooms are full of them . No air conditioning. Last of all there was a fight in the hotel , young lads and there was blood all over the hotel and it took 2 days to clean it and still didnt clean all of it . Stay away from this hotel

Great hotel room was massive bathroom lovely and clean nice balcony too .pool area nice and clean and was great to find another 2 pools round the corner plenty of sun beds drinks were nice and strong friendly bar man .reception area nice and clean and all English speaking staff .food something for everyone full English breakfast or cereal or fruit everyday also continental too dinner and tea always 3 meats plus pizza I could not fault food .we were a couple in our 50 and a 84 year old who really enjoyed the hotel

Holiday from hell cockroach infestation rooms wasp nest on balcony no light on balcony working. full on piss heads and drugys worst experience of my life next door fighting arguing partying all night every night people asleep outside rooms during day rooms filthy court a member of staff sneaking in some ones room when they weren’t in at 8:30 on the night which is very strange he was looking very suspicious this hotel made the Columbus look like a 5 star hotel and I’m realy not a one for complaining keep well away specially if you have kids nothink for them to do what so ever

Good points: I booked this hotel without reading any reviews ( it’s just what I do ) but reading a few after the booking was made I en gonna lie I was worried and did look at upgrading to a different hotel but then thought no will have a look. Lovely smooth check In , went to the room 1404 top floor walked in and my first thought was this is lovely bathroom , shower , room and beds , awesome balcony views and Air Con which was perfect ,proof is in the pics. So we were very happy with it . Moving onto the restaurant all I’m going to say food was perfect , tasty plenty of choices and well presented again see pics. All inclusive drinks plenty of choices for the lady’s , cocktails, wines , shorts . Beer it’s ok the bar man was awesome makes his own cocktails very energetic and entertaining fun guy (I forgot his name ). Also a lot of bad reviews about the amount of groups of teenagers drinking and partying all day and night , this is true , but what do you expect ! It’s on the ***** very central location and yes these kids will party ! Didn’t any of you do the same ! Never bothered me and my wife we have 3 grown up boys ourselves and wouldn’t expect anything less and all the youngsters we come across were well mannered and polite. Bad point: To the manger sort out the pool side tables there is no where near enough I found this so frustrating as you would have to sit inside in 30 degree heat , or what we done was just went out if we couldn’t get a table. Little trick if your a foursome get your table at 7 pm that’s when they feed the wolves and space is available. But 2 should stay as it doesn’t take long for everyone to come back up . Then swop and you keep your table. But seriously BUY MORE TABLES there’s people sitting on pool tables little bins. Also upgrade them. The inside bar tables also need upgrading plenty of them but very dated. The snacks are ok as well ideal for putting some fruit , sandwiches and biscuits in your room for later. In addition there is a lovely potential sunbathing area on the top floor where you could put a few sunbeds up there and people could have a chill out some peace and quiet . I think you’re missing a trick here. Other than that a lovely holiday we enjoyed it and would book again.
