Hotel Mesra keluarga di Playa de Palma

Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

This is the best place in the world! The receptionist are warm and welcoming. The food was perfection. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every staff paid attention to detail. My favourites where Cesaer and David - this 2 should be a comedy due - hilarious 😂, they made us laugh so much. Every member of their staff are kind, I love it here and I hope to be back again soon.

Abbiamo prenotato molto prima quindi ci hanno riservato una camera al quinto piano con terrazza e vista piscina, camera e bagno grande moderno, aria condizionata funzionante. Sky bar bellissima vista, con bar dove si può prendere da bere o mangiare paella. La colazione è più per tedeschi, c’è di tutto, addirittura cose che avrei voluto mangiare a cena invece che a colazione, come le alici (che a cena non ci sono mai state). Ho assaggiato due tipi di pesce e non erano cotti alla perfezione, erano un po’ di gomma. Al contrario della carne, stracotta. A cena l’acqua non è inclusa, essendo in due, abbiamo sempre preso 2 “bottiglie” d’acqua, pagando €2.20 l’una… ed erano 2 mezzi bicchieri d’acqua a testa. Posizione dell’hotel davanti al mare e in mezzo a un sacco di locali e supermercati. Personale gentile. L’hotel ha 2 ascensori tra cui una si è rotta ed è stata riparata in poche ore. La sauna con idromassaggio non è inclusa, costa 8 euro. Il primo giorno abbiamo lasciato gli asciugamani sul letto per farceli cambiare e ce li hanno solo piegati e rimessi al loro posto. Il letto è stato rifatto con le stesse lenzuola. Dopo che gli abbiamo fatto trovare gli asciugamani per terra in bagno ce li hanno messi puliti. Doccia grande e comoda Camera insonorizzata Il frigobar in camera si presenta vuoto Ci tornerei volentieri sicuramente se vorró tornare a Palma, ma alcuni dettagli vanno migliorati per far sì che sia un vero hotel 4stelle. Come il cibo ad esempio, io ho mangiato di tutto perché mi piace assaggiare, e se non mangio una cosa ne mangio un altra, ma si potrebbe migliorare.

We had a lovely family holiday here during half term week. The hotel is well maintained, rooms were comfortable and staff are super friendly. We were self catering and had a few nice meals at the hotel but mostly opted to eat out most eve. Kids enjoyed the outdoor, indoor pool and the kids club, their experience made all the better because of Ray Chocolate. He really goes above and beyond to ensure the kids have a really fun time. The location of the hotel is great, short distance by bus 25 (right outside hotel) to Palma and beach, bars and restaurants all within a 5min walk. We would visit again.

What a fantastic hotel! Extremely clean, great location, excellent food choice, staff were wonderful and always friendly and helpful! Didn’t have a single fault! Would not hesitate to go back again for another week! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Excellent hotel with excelent service. The hotel is really nice with very friendly stuff also very calmingathmosphere. The music is great duringthe day, they created a good tastenof zen mood. Also small guesturs likeeveryday leaving water , chocolates in the room. Spa is great and every detail is thought o relqx. For kids they leave special package in the room also onXmas day they left a present in the room personalized and we said this is above expectations. it made our daughter very happy. also during nights live music is great. all in all, it is way better service than a lot offive stars we have been with those extra mile guestures.

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

What a lovely little find. As always you’re nervous when booking anywhere these days but the reviews seemed good and we took the chance. The hotel staff were very friendly, even as the only English guests staying there we were treated no differently. The rooms are clean and the pool is always available. Great location if you want to be just outside Palma. Food was great all in all no complaints at all.
