Hotel Romantic di Jilin, China

While not particularly large, the hotel is well-equipped with everything one might need. Parking is available behind the hotel, but as it's a public lot, spaces can occasionally be tight. Its location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous dining and shopping options, and West Market is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy. A charming feature is the availability of traditional costumes in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos by the flower-adorned hotel entrance. All the staff, from the front desk to service personnel, were exceedingly polite and warm.

The hotel is very clean but when I was there with my family, there are a lot of constructions ongoing near the hotel and it was raining every single day when we are at Changchun. The hotel staff is very nice and efficient esp when we had only 30 mins to board our train to head to Changbaishan. The hotel staff, Fu Yang, is able to cater for us and understand that we are rushing for time. We managed to board our train successfully thanks to Ms Fu Yang. The breakfast options were rather limited. There was a signage saying that we could have how we wanted our eggs. We requested for the chef to cook it; the chef booked for us unwillingly and gave us an attitude. From the previous guest reviews, there are many positive reviews with regards to the buffet hence we decided to pay for the breakfast buffet. Overall, we will still stay in the same hotel if we visit Changchun once again. :) Side note, the train station was rather far away from the hotel. However, DiDi works fine too.

The hotel environment is fantastic, but I visited at the wrong time. If it were summer, with everything green, this little courtyard would be amazing. The room isn't huge, but it's well-designed and fully equipped. Since I was there for business, I didn't have time to check out the gym or the pool. Oh, and they also have hot springs, which I unfortunately didn't get to experience. It's really suitable for couples or families with kids. Overall, I'd give it an 8 out of 10. The points deducted are for the breakfast; the variety and quality weren't great, possibly due to it being the off-peak season.

The price is very reasonable and the service is first-class. From the time I entered the room to the time I left, there was someone to help take care of me, making me feel like at home. The facilities in the room are also complete, and the stay is very comfortable. The room is also clean, the quilts and pillows are all new, and there are Korean snacks for free. I will choose Noah Hotel next time

## Ambiance The environment was excellent, and the room was quite spacious. ## Facilities Facilities were generally good, but a notable oversight for a hot spring hotel was the absence of a drying rack for swimsuits. After a dip and washing your swimwear, there was nowhere convenient to hang it to dry. ## Cleanliness Very good. ## Service A significant point of frustration arose with the hot spring policy. My booking confirmation did not explicitly state that hot spring access is limited to one entry per person per day. When I inquired, the hot spring area manager informed me this was the hotel's default rule. I found this completely unreasonable, and it severely detracted from my overall experience. Had such a crucial restriction been clearly communicated upfront during booking, guests would not have been caught off guard. I strongly recommend the hotel clearly outlines its hot spring usage guidelines.

Crowne Plaza hotel is well equipped with onsen and kids fun slide facility in winter day. There is walking distance to Changbaishan entrance and shuttle back to hotel. But some facilities is come with charge. For children above 1.4m is charge for adult breakfast fees and not much dinner selection. The bedding size for twin sharing is spacious. But, I found their mattress quality needs more improvement for a better comfort. Butler Yuki (yue) do provide a very good service for our convenience and comfort during our stay. Overall is acceptable and some improvements needed.

Facilities: Smart toilet, separate wet and dry areas. The shower even had a small clothes drying rack. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Didn't spot any hygiene blind spots during my stay. Environment: Very close to both the subway and bus stations. Wanda Plaza is nearby, as well as plenty of local eateries. Service: Responses were very prompt and the service attitude was quite good. My suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast.

The owner was very helpful in letting me check in and get inside the hostel. We had some kind of language barrier but it was very minor. The place was very clean and everything was working well. Showers were good, washing machine was good, TV was good. Everything was good except the sofa. The pillow cover of pillows on the sofa needed to be washed. I just had one minor problem though--the bed mattress was kind of hard for me. I also stayed in other accommodation (but not a 3-star hotel) and I find that the mattresses overall are kind of hard. Anyway, if I would be asked, will I stay here again? Yes. Definitely!

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and although I had read many reviews saying this resort was beautiful, I was still worried about transportation. I emailed the hotel in advance, and Coco kindly replied and even contacted me on WeChat to explain how to get there. She also arranged a private transfer from the railway station — such wonderful service! We were on our honeymoon, and Coco surprised us by upgrading our room to a very spacious suite. It was absolutely lovely, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. I loved it so much! When we arrived, Coco continued to help us with everything. She arranged transportation for our activities such as snowmobile, horse ridge, and feeding elk. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Since we were using an eSIM and didn’t have a Chinese phone number, Coco even helped register and generate the QR code we needed for visiting the hot springs at Club Med, feeding the deer, skiing, and driving the UTV. The service was truly outstanding. The resort itself is perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a Burger King, a small town area with restaurants and convenience stores, and many beautiful photo spots. The breakfast restaurant is lovely, with a wide variety of food. All the staff were attentive and very friendly. I was genuinely impressed and absolutely loved my stay here. Highly recommended!

The breakfast and dinner offered during our consecutive stay were both great, especially dinner. They really had everything imaginable: garlic vermicelli, oysters, roast lamb, and old-fashioned popsicles. It's truly an excellent choice for a trip with elderly family members and children. Although it's outside the Wanda Resort, it's actually quieter this way. As for not seeing Tianchi Lake, I've accepted my fate; after all, you can't see it from inside or outside Wanda Resort, and no one could go up there anyway. Still, I hope everyone who stays here gets to see Tianchi Lake on their first try! We also had a meal inside Wanda Resort, but that one wasn't very good.
