The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room condition was excellent for the price. The hotel has three swimming pools, and you can also enjoy a jjimjilbang (Korean-style sauna) and a regular sauna. Breakfast was included, and it was perfect for a light meal. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Mallorca. We had a wonderful stay :)

My experience at HM Ayron Park Hotel was mixed and, overall, disappointing given the expectations. From the start, things did not go smoothly as the phone in the room was not working, which made it inconvenient to contact reception when needed. While this may seem minor, it set the tone for the stay. I was also surprised by the late checkout policy. In many five-star hotels, complimentary late checkout is offered, especially during the off-season and when occupancy is low. In this case, late checkout was chargeable despite the hotel not appearing to be busy, which felt unnecessary and out of line with comparable hotels. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and met expectations in terms of quality and variety. However, the biggest issue was the staff. Their attitude and level of service did not reflect what one would expect from a hotel of this standard. Interactions felt unhelpful and lacking in professionalism, which significantly impacted the overall experience. With better staff training and a more guest-focused approach, this hotel could improve considerably, but based on this stay, it did not live up to its rating.

The sea view from the room was so beautiful. They provide daily room cleaning to tidy up the room and clear the bins. The shower cubicle is tiny but has both rain shower and hand held shower head. They provide bathrobe and indoor slipper, towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner but the room does not have toothbrush, toothpaste or comb or shower cap. There are plenty of choices for breakfast. The beach is just 1 minute walk from the hotel. There are local shops and restaurants in walking distance. The indoor pool and sauna opens till 19:00 in November. And the gym opens till 23:00. There is ATM and vending machines for water and snacks in the lobby. Overall it was a sweet escape/beach holiday even in the cold November.

I had a great time! Beautiful atmosphere. The pools on top floor was a really nice place to hang around with amazing view. Maybe a little bit to few sunbeds.

Very nice hotel, great location and near to beach but set back far enough not to hear the beach area which is very popular.

I was shocked that at a five-star hotel, such an unacceptable incident could occur. We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise. This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.

This hotel was booked for my engineers, they commented on how clean it was and how friendly the staff were.

very nice pools with a total of 5, hv live music in the evening. The tourist guy tell us that this is the most popular hotel in summer for Palma. I would defly stay here again in summer.

The hotel is amazing!!

The sea view room is really nice. If it's just for a pure vacation, it's a great choice. It has a sauna, spa, gym, and sunbathing facilities. However, for a special forces-style trip, it's a bit far from the city center.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this 5-star hotel. I booked a room in the annex for two days in January. However, the rooms in the annex are very cold due to their open design (entrance to the room is from the open stairwell/balcony), and there was no heating. Despite having an extra blanket, I left with a cold. I didn't use the spa area. Breakfast was very disappointing for a 5-star hotel – there was a lack of choice, and some of the food wasn't hot. I've had better experiences at hostels in Mallorca. I can imagine, though, that it was a bit meager due to the off-season. Dinner, on the other hand, was varied and tasty. Drinks are not included, but the prices are absolutely fair. (Coffee and juice at breakfast are free). The hotel complex is very modern overall and inviting for relaxation.

Overall, everything is great, the spa is open very short hours, they close early, the breakfasts are excellent
