Hotel dengan Pemandangan Laut yang Popular di Playa de Palma, Cari Harga Terendah

We were advised from travel agency that this was a nice 5* hotel with a good beach nearby. I mean, this hotel is not bad, and the staff was very nice and helpful, we travelled with 2 small kids and the staff made us fell very welcomed. I know the surrounding area is not hotel's fault, but its definitely more for the teens or younsters who party hard every night. Everywhere is graffiti, theres no nice souvenir shop- only the cheap bs that people buy when drunk but back to the review. The elevator didnt work the whole 7 days and when we asked why they dont call the service to fix it, we were told they call it but no one came. Peefect. So imagine waiting 5-10mins to go down with the one elevator that worked for 8 floors plus -1 floor. We had to use stairs to go down with two pushchairs in our hands. When it comes to food, everyday was a different theme which was nice, the food was good but all the cakes were from frozen semi-finished products and not hotel made, which is a big minus for me as a baker. You have to pay for your drinks when having dinner, even water. I dont think this hotel looks like 5*, especially the vending machines made it look super cheap and when i asked for the luggage weight, you have to pay 1€ for each weighting which is super ridiculous. The room service didnt do much of cleaning, where there was a bit of a sand on the floor, it was there for our whole stay. They only changed the towels, made up the sheets and thats it, didnt even change the sheets. The room was lacking a lot of stuff for 5* hotel, like weight, wardrobe for the clothes, some essentials for hygiene, a little sewing kit and so on. We will not return to this hotel and you better find somewhere else without the screaming drunk german teens and graffiti all around. At last, i have to thank again to the staff, they made our stay much better.

Sangat mengagumkan, semua orang sangat ramah. Pemandangan indah dari bilik kami dan layanan hebat dari kakitangan. Pasti akan kembali ke hotel itu sekiranya kita pernah mengunjungi Palma lagi.

Hotel is super new and clean, interior is very modern. Staff checking us in was very professional. Pepe from breakfast buffet is super helpful and funny. The spa is definitely worth visiting. However, we experienced an issue with our drink at the lobby lounge which we were shocked about.

Todo genial lo recomiendo mucho el personal súper atento y todo súper bien la verdad en especial Pablo un hombre del personal que la verdad nos a tratado súper bien y atento a todo.

The hotel experience was overall good! The people at the reception made us feel like we are welcomed at the hotel. The dining people were also exceptional. So the service I would say really great. But the room is pretty basic. Small but functional. But I would never prefer single beds for couples. So check/ask before taking the room if the room has double bed. Basic toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo were missing. At this price point these things were expected. Tea,coffee,kettle options were missing also. Room was clean and they do cleaning everyday. Location is great. 2 minutes walking distance from the beach. Also the bus stops are near to hotel. Lot of restaurants and bars options are available around the hotel. Breakfast was good but not great. Food options were pretty basic but I felt it was kept like this to make sure that everyone would have something at least. You will have gluten free options as well but let them know a little earlier if you want. They add one additional dish as a lunch near around 12 pm but that was for limited people. Like I was served Wrap, Pizza, beef burger in my 3 days staying. I don’t eat beef so avoided. So this option is limited. But the people at the service are really awesome. They will make you feel so comfortable and welcoming. Overall a good experience! Location: 9/10 Service: 9 /10 Room : 6/10

Fue una estancia maravillosa, el personal súper atento , agradables, era el cumpleaños de mi pareja y nos regalaron una botella de cava, todo un detalle. Repetiremos seguro ! 😊

En general bien, hemos estado un fin de semana en invierno y quizás (y es entendible) no está todo ambientado para cuando hace frío. En la habitacion tuvimos frío pero rapidamente nos ayudaron y nos trajeron un calefactor y luego una manta. Un punto negativo esque quizas hay que hacerle mejor mantenimiento a las habitaciones para que no se filtren insectos indeseados🙄 El personal genial, llegamos a las 10am y ya teniamos nuestra habitacion lista (siendo que el check in es mas tarde). Nos invitaron a desayunar el primer dia, y hago hincapié en este punto ya que el desayuno es Brutal. Para todos los gustos, si eres vegano, vegetariano hay gran variedad de frutas, quesos, hay cocineros pata tener tortilla calentita y camareros sirviendote todo el café que necesites. Es un hotel quizas sea por la epoca, de gente mayor y alemana, cosa que no fue un inconveniente en absoluto para nosotros. El entorno quizas un poco desolado ya que estaba casi todo cerrado y para ir al centro nos teniamos que tomar un autobus de 25minutos pero salvo por eso todo genial. Pasamos muchas horas en el Spa y la verdad esque estuvo genial. Tienen un bar muy mono y los camareros geniales.

Arrived a little early and our room was ready to go straight there. We both liked the hotel, it’s an adults only so, no crying and not too much noise. We slept well, found the bed better than ours at home with modern facilities and natural materials used throughout the whole hotel. We enjoyed the beach, always beds and shades available with a shallow sea, I did go swimming but it was very cold and I didn’t manage it everyday. You are spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and bars, with enough shops to browse in The hotel offers excellent service, all we ate was hot, well cooked and great quality and the spots of interest like the roof bar give it the edge. Welcoming and comfortable in all areas, this was a great experience.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. Good reception, wonderful meals, and a relaxing hotel Everything was perfect. Thank you to the management and stuff. Perfect choice in Mallorca. Definitely, we will stay again.
