No construction work on Sundays
Villa Beach Holiday is a luxury vacation home in Playa del Carmen, Playacar phase 2, about 5 minutes walk from the beach and 13 minutes walk to 5 avenue.
Villa Beach is located at street Xaman Ha a very private setting, surrounded by lush vegetation and just across the street are all the luxury hotels, the house is peaceful and quiet, with a spa-like atmosphere. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms the villa sleeps up to 12 people.
Groundlevel
- Bedroom with queen sized Bedroom, ensuite bathroom
- Living room with library and a 65" LG NanoCell smart TV. It is possible to arrange an extra room with a king size bed by pulling the curtains for the room divider.
- There is a half bathroom in the foyer.
- Laundry and dryer.
- Dining area with integrated kitchen
- Direct access to pool and outdoor area.
First floor
- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and bed sofa. To sleep up to 3 people, ensuite bathroom and with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
- Large Bedroom with two queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom. To sleep up to 4 people and with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens.
- Large Bedroom with a king-sized and a sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. To sleep up to 3 people, overlooking the entrance and front side of the Villa
- Air condition in the complete villa!
- Free Maid Service two days a week Monday to Friday
- Completely environmentally friendly with solar energy and Biogas
- High Speed Internet 200 Mbps
