Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant.
Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

Very nice hotel with all of the amenieties needed for a calm and relaxing stay. Ste staff was very polite and helpful, the restaurant offered variety of food choices and a lot of extras like the ice cream machine. We enjoed the swimming pools, especially the one placed higher - it was sunny until the sunset and the bar next by was a really nice touch. Rooms are spacious and organized very well. Animation team was amazing and we ended up going for the evening show most of the evenings we had at this hotel. I will definitelly come back.

To start on the positive, the beds and pillows are super comfy and the hotel is clean. The food was acceptable, especially considering the amount of different nationalities they cater for. Not so good.....they claim the pool is heated, which is totally untrue. It is freezing! The children's pool is like an ice bath as well. The waiters in the restaurant are downright rude and really should work in hospitality and in general the same applies to the bar staff, with the exception of Araceli and Jonathon who were exceptional. The rest couldn't even manage a smile. All in all we still had a good holiday but we won't be returning to this hotel.

Run of the mill 4 star hotel. Lots of fresh fruit at breakfast and dinner. The hotel is rather tired and dated. The main drawback is that it’s a schlepp to the beach from here and the hotel’s shuttle bus is not very frequent and often full. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel lovely picked this one because have been in a Barcelo before but this one was not the same standard ,staff ,cleaner and entertainment brilliant ,corridors to rooms need attention,salad bar and sweet bar lovely but the main food needs looking at Luke warm dishes not filled up and not a lot to do near the hotel but like I said entertainment good .my friend and I would not be returning .

Easily the best place I’ve stayed, staff, room, food and facilities are amazing. Pool entertainment was great and royal level is definitely worth it. Juanky was one who was very friendly and funny for all as was great vibes. Will definitely look to come again.

We really loved our stay here. We arrived late but they kept the buffet open with a small selection of food. I have to say the food was the best I have had in a all inclusive. We were a family of 6 adults and we all enjoyed the all inclusive food. There was something for everyone. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were lovely and friendly. 2 pools and one was heated. We booked through Jet 2 for a great price. Recommend this hotel and would book again.

The hotel is quiet ok for the prize. There are a lot of atractions and things to do. The crew is very friendly and helplful. Especially guys and girls who lead day activities and evening shows. Among them, there are few really nice people like Maria or Sergio

We came away saying we would re book here again. The room was fantastic. The food for breakfast and dinner was really good, especially as we were eating healthily. The reception staff were fabulous. Everything was provided, pool towels, toothbrushes, even a sewing kit. Loved it.
