Cooles Hotel, zwar etwas abgelegen, aber war dafür entspannt

I liked the hotel a lot, the cleaning was very effective in our rooms and at the entrance you can smell a good smell, reception staff were very helpful and kind. I would like to note that the food could be improved by many different foods, but the same flavor due to the many spices. The entertainment team Christian / Nathan / Angel / Nicki, friendly and very engaging despite there being many elderly guests. To conclude, I had an excellent holiday. Thank u so much

The best holiday we ever had hands down. Please do not listen to the negative comments on here because they are not true. We stayed here for a week all inclusive at the end of September 2024 and it was just wonderful. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The restaurant had a wide variety of food which was delicious and there was always something for everyone, including me a fussy eater to eat and a restaurant-bar to get your drinks. The bar staff was very friendly, smiling, and helpful, shoutout to Juan Luis for looking after us after our bus broke down from the airport and we didn’t get into the hotel till 11pm. All-inclusive drinks were lovely including cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks and house spirits, snack bar next to the pool bar serving burgers, chips, toasties, salads & sandwiches, you can also go into the restaurant for lunch and get the most amazing food. We stayed in a sea view room and the view was spectacular, it was cleaned every day by a lovely member of staf. Plenty of sunbeds and no race to get them. Daytime entertainment was always great fun around the pool and learning to make cocktails & drink them was extra fun. The beach is just across the road and is beautiful, and you can see The Maspalomas Dunes nearby. Not too far of a walk to the main centre BUT, BUT….. It is up a very steep hill and steps, I would not recommend it for people with mobility issues which I have and after the Receptionist sent us on a “wild goose chase” after we arrived and we couldn’t get anything to eat as it was after 11pm, she told us that there was a restaurant open up so we climbed up the steep hill and steps to find it closed “Oh we were not happy with her” Apart from that We Would Highly Recommend The Relaxia Beverly Park Hotel in Playa del Ingles

Have stayed here at least 15 times in the last 3 years both with my family and with adult friends and have never been unhappy with my stay , rooms are clean and tidy , would recommend sea view and the food is beautiful with a wide choice to suit all , outdoor space is great with a pool are for kids as well as a quiet pool area catered more to adults. The outdoor bar area is lovely and the staff are helpful and friendly , the manger from Dominican Republic (sorry missed your name ) has been incredibly helpful throughout our stays here always on hand to help with local advice and information making our stay a pleasure thank you so much

A simple all inclusive hotel. Clean and very friendly staff. We can recomend it for it's good location. Close too bus stop and beach walks. Simple shows in the evening. Loud sound in the restaurant. They had airport service that work very well. We can recommend it.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Wide selection of food and good tidy rooms. 3 pools, one of which is heated and lots of sunbeds. Really enjoyed our week's holiday. Literally just around the corner and across the road to access the beach. Would definitely recommend.
