This hotel should be a 3 star ,very clean ,in apartment tv as 3 English channels sky news ,film four and 5. In the Kitchen microwave, 2 ring cooker ,kettle and filtered coffee machine and a teapot .Also a frying pan ,saucepan and big cooking pan ,chopping board stainer cutlery and tin opener .In bedroom there were duvets supplied. I asked for a another pillow and got one very quick .Bathroom was supplied with complimentaryshower gels ,shampoo and bar of hand soap .Pool area very clean ,there is a smoking area for smokers There is also a pool bar and food area .There was no problem getting a sunlounger whatever time of day . All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable especially a man named Lester .There is a baggage storage area and also a room they let you use on your departure day for freshning up ,you have to book it ,they supply a towel and gel when using this room .If you want to explore they is a bus stop right outside and cost a couple of euros single fate .We stayed right by side of the yumbo centre which is full of shops restaurants bars etc .This comes alive at night with music about 10 and till 6ish . Close by the apartment there are 2 supermarket that closed at 10 at night ,the prices are reasonable,8 ltr water was 1.99 euro also cooked daily bread and pastries You can also use their sister apartment's Neptune which is next door facilities where there is a 24 hour gym and suana and swimming pool with a slide Would recommend this hotel ,cannot fault it at all will definitely be returning .

Although the hotel staff are lovely this is no reflection of them. The room was unclean, we paid for the air conditioning before we popped out to the shops we left the air con on so the room was cold for our return, each time this was turned off by the maids so we returned to a hot and sweaty room each time, the pool was closed down on the Wednesday late morning and didn't open again till the Saturday morning, I was in the pool on the Wednesday morning, when we returned home on the Saturday evening I woke up feeling unwell on the Sunday, this went on for 4 weeks of feeling extremely unwell to the point I needed hospital treatment that is on going, hospital said I'd had one hell of a virus that effected my liver, not saying this came from the hotel, but when we asked them why the pool was closed we was told the chlorine levels were off, this didn't make sense as they check the pool every morning at 7:30am, why would you check it then close it a few hours later after people had used it and chuck buckets of chlorine into it, then keep it closed for 2 and half days? Also while the pool was closed the staff were scuppering everything, tables, hand rails, even the buttons of the lift, everything got scrubbed and jet washed. I do feel that information was kept from us, whether this is what I got ill from I'll never know,but not a place I'd be going back to in a curry!

I have stayed here many times and they never fail to dissapoint. Every member of staff from reception to housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Shout out to the two ladies that work on the pool bar, really nice friendly and helpful ladies and the lifeguard Gabriel who we spoke to. The beds are really comfy. Can’t wait to come back

The staff and Management, went out of their way to make my stay a memorable trip.Five stars to Lester,I had left a leather jacket on a earlier trip,I called and Lester he assured me that I would collect my jacket on my next visit.Very pleased to say my jacket was at hotel reception.The hotel has a good vibe to it bar staff are great no complaints.Going back in June can't wait

This hotel should definitely get an extra star. Lovely clean hotel rooms, comfortable furniture in bedroom living room area and balcony. Great cleaning/housekeeping team. Great pool and nice comfortable loungers. Pool bar staff were great really friendly. The food was lovely tool. Would definitely recommend this place

I can't not believe this place is 2 stars! This place was a perfect stay for us. Read some reviews and was worried, but there was nothing to be worried about. Every member of staff are welcoming and helpful. The pool was kept to a high standard and there is nice chill music along with a bar which serves nice, fresh and reasonable priced food. The rooms are clean and house keeping comes every day ( not sundays). The balcony is lovely to sit and relax after a long day in the sun. The room we stayed in had no aircon, but you can pay for this as an additional charge. The whole hotel is clean and constantly being cleaned. You are super close to the yumbo center that has loads of bars and places to eat ( not very spanish) but food is good , amazing steaks. Beach is a 15 min walk. You can get a taxi or walk to more Spanish tapas places in the area if that is more your fancy, which was divine and €3.50 a tapa. We both would stay here again.
