Hotel é muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e educados. A equipe, no geral, é muito solícita e as pessoas trabalham com muito boa vontade. Café da manhã do hotel é muito farto, tem muita variedade de comidas e bebidas. O único ponto negativo na minha opinião é o estacionamento que é pago a parte. Foi cobrado R$ 40 por cada dia do carro estacionado. Achei o valor muito caro tendo em vista que mesmo em hotéis que não tem estacionamento próprio, eles tem parceria com alguma rede de estacionamento que deixa o custo mais barato pro cliente.

Parece que o hotel está passando por reformas, pois ainda possui quartos com banheiros bem antigos, mas limpos. Dica: ficar nas suítes executivas. Tem uma coisa aqui e outra ali pra arrumar, mas no geral gostei do hotel. O café da manhã é farto e a área de laser fica toda no térreo. Os recepcionistas são ótimos, principalmente o Paulo, muito gentil e solícito. O pior do hotel são os hóspedes, sempre tem muita gente, na maioria barulhentos e sem educação, chegando a ouvir música nos corredores. O estacionamento é péssimo e caro, as vagas são rotativas, eles ficam com a chave e vão trocando o carro de lugar, arranharam o meu 2 vezes e até agr estou tentando resolver com eles. Parece que escolhem as melhores vagas de acordo com o valor do carro, mais de 100.000 o atendimento é prioritário. Apenas um dos manobristas era simpático, outros foram irônicos. Só soube que o estacionamento não estava vinculado com o hotel no check out. Para quem quer agito e animação, o hotel é ótimo.

I am completely disappointed with the service. The bedrooms smell like molde and they are dirty. My husband and son that suffer with allergies had a really bad time here. You get from a long trip and the bedrooms don’t have tower, you need to ask them to send them and you wait for hours to receive them, if the cleaners get the dirty/wet towers, they don’t replace them with new ones. I got myself naked with 2 kids and no tower to dry us. There is no security, they don’t have a control who is in each bedroom. They gave me twice keycard to go inside the bedroom that already have people in there. And worse 2 of my family members had the door open overnight. And one day someone open the door when my sister in law just had come out from the shower. The food is repetitive and there is no variety for kids. And worse we find a fly inside the coconut pudim. The employees are not prepared for the amount of people in the hotel so they can’t put food quickly enough or cutlery, you often need to wait to get cutlery or food. The fridge doesn’t have water, if you want water overnight you have to walk until the restaurant to get 200 mL cups that they provide, what is really annoying when you have kids. The internet stops working often and you need to reconnect every time to be able to do something. There is a carpet between restaurant and the main building that stinks as hell. Although, the building has ramps, they are not really accessible, it is really hard moving around with the pram and I can’t imagine how would be for a person in wheelchair. The baby kitchen/room is disgusting and the sink is really dirty and clogged. In a overall you can see how bad the management is and how the employees are unprepared, Once for all it is not worth for the price that you pay.

O check-in no hotel é demorado e nada prático. Fazem até vistoria no carro! Fila de pessoas pra fazer o check-in. Vendem que tem o parque, piscina e tudo mais, mas esquecem de informar que os horários são super reduzidos! As piscinas ficam fechadas das 22h até às 10h! Mesmo as cobertas e aquecidas. Ou seja, se você acordar cedo e quiser pegar o melhor sol que é o da manhã, até pode, mas nada de entrar na água antes das 10h! Loucura. O parque? Só fica aberta das 13h(quando são pontuais) até às 16h40!! É isso mesmo!! Ou seja: se você ficar no hotel apenas 1 dia pra aproveitar o parque, NÃO VAI CONSEGUIR! Porque o check-in no hotel é depois das 16h e o check-out antes das 14h, exatamente no horário em que o parque está ”funcionando” e você entrando ou saindo. Um absurdo!! Do mais, a comida é muito boa e as bebidas também são boas, apesar da limitação de horário também.
