Very nice hotel I loved the jetted tub in the bathroom. I was shocked being so close the interstate our room was still quiet and peaceful. Most definitely will stay here again!

Enjoyed my stay staff was nice even though I was accused of smoking and found untrue an apology was made overall really nice place to breakfast is great also

Room was updated & clean. Beds are quite comfortable, too. Common areas are well maintained. Check-in experience couldn't have been easier, especially at a busy time of the evening. Brooke was super pleasant and snagged us the last warm cookie while the other were being prepared, which didn't hurt anything! Will definitely stay here again when traveling to Omaha.

Enjoyed our stay--room a bit dated but clean and of course the breakfast was great as always--in Lincoln at the Embassy Suites until we got our bill. I then noticed an increased charge of $58. I had to call the hotel 3 times before I spoke with someone who couldn't help me but she opened a case regarding my complaint. The next day I got an email from someone in accounting who said the extra charge ($25 per night) was for an extra guest in the room besides me. But because I wasn't aware of this they would adjust to reflect the amount I had on my reservation. I had added my spouse when I made the reservation so I scanned my reservation form where his name was listed as a 2nd guest (so 2 people right from the initial reservation). I sent the scan back to the person in accounting and pointed out that I had made the reservation for 2 and asked for a management response. Of course nothing back from management. It was clear they just made up an excuse to justify the overcharge. So BEWARE and check your credit card receipt to make sure you were billed per your reservation. I have never had this happen to me at any other Embassy Suites and in fact would usually have 2 or 3 of my kids with us when we traveled and never were charged per person in the room. I can only conclude this property is trying to gouge its guests.

We travel a lot and stay in many different types of hotels. This one quickly became a favorite at the top of our list!! Our room was very quiet and comfortable, allowing us to relax after long busy days. Hotel is very clean and comfy. Food and drinks are excellent!! We were warmly greeted upon arrival by check-in staff. Bar and restaurant staff are top-notch. Sabrina in the restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. The valet staff are excellent!! Amayeli, Solomon and Alex did a great job retrieving our car very quickly every time we needed it. The unique decor of the hotel is very intriguing and inviting. Hotel is in a great location with a lot of interesting things to see within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I would not stay at this location again, When I arrived I stood at the front desk for about 7 to 10 mins waiting for someone, they did have a sign saying they would be right back. The front entrance is in line with the backdoor as I was waiting 3 employees came rolling in, I joked with them and said cigarette break and they laughed and said yes, no big deal but do all 3 need to go smoke at the same time and leave the whole lobby empty while knowing people would be checking that time of day. We had a 3-night stay Thursday-Sunday. This is a good location in a borderline area hence the fence around the property. The room was nice and comfortable but the service at the front desk was very poor. It is not a big deal to me and they always ask on the Marriott Bonvoy surveys if they acknowledge your frequent user membership, which they didn't. There was a young man with black hair slender who was at the counter two days during our stay and a younger girl also on one occasion, I promise you they did not look up not even once they had their heads down looking at their phones the whole time and I am talking with probably 15 people in the small lobby people coming and going, we were waiting for my niece to pick us up. After arriving home I checked my emails and the bill from the stay and this is the main reason I wouldn't stay they had put a Green Tax of $4.99 a day along with other fees of $ 22.97 a day total in taxes and fees. I was never once advised about a Green Tax and it is not in the Omaha Tax code as far as I could see. This is criminal or should be. STAY AWAY.

It is a historic hotel but has been renewed. 5 minutes walk to the old market. With free shuttle to the airport.

Good hotel only thing that ****** was they didn't have our booking but that was because of this app and their issues not the hotel so guess I should write a copy review for this app right

We have stayed at this property almost once a month autocrossing. Our last eight day stay was perfect. Seems to get better with each visit! Krishna at the front desk is the best to start off a great stay. Ashley in the cafe always makes breakfast enjoyable and remembers our special requests. Danish in the concierge lounge is fantastic, and he has a bright future in hospitality as a Marriott intern. Quiet, excellent housekeeping, and we will be back!!!

Perfect location for downtown activities, great breakfast options, I loved that they used reusable plates, silverware etc instead of plastic.

You walk in and the lobby looks nice. Wait until you get to the room, it smells like garbage, the carpet is stained, tub is mildewed and rusted. Urine at the base of the toilet, the air conditioning unit was filthy, the pleather chair had stains on it, which is inexcusable because pleather is very cleanable. The microwave and fridge were both filthy. My bottled water would NOT see the fridge. NOTHING was cleaned!!! Within 15 minutes we went downstairs to tell them about the room and that we wanted a refund. Was told that wasn't possible. Asked for the manager and was told she wasn't there and it was of no use anyway because she'd refuse to refund us. I asked for her boss's number, the snot at the front desk wouldn't give that to me. Said it was ”confidential information”. We then asked for another room but was told they were full. Yet there were hardly any cars in the lot, how were they full? We had to put up with this hotel room or sleep in our SUV. Had to listen to doors slam all night long while trying to get some sleep on a lumpy mattress. Perhaps our SUV would have been the better option. We came down for breakfast at 930 and the personnel was shutting it down. Said it ended at 930. THAT'S NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD AT CHECK IN!!! WE WERE TOLD TEN O'CLOCK!!! The lousiness of this stay continued as we checked out in pure disgust and walked out the door, accosted with several people smoking cigarettes. I thought that this hotel was nonsmoking? I HAVE ASTHMA!!! In my 46 years of traveling, I have NEVER experienced ANYTHING REMOTELY AS BAD as THIS STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN in Lincoln, Nebraska! STAY AWAY, it's no better than a seedy motel!!!

This is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip so we’ve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasn’t hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if you’re not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. We’ll most likely stay here again since it’s suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.
