This is the most wonderful place to stay. The decor is stylish and the grounds well developed and lovely. The staff included a s'more kit and sodas for my friend's birthday, and we loved roasting them over the fire pit while wrapped in cozy blankets. The restaurant on the property, Due West, was fabulous. I highly recommend this place as a cozy respite while exploring the area!

We came during a lovely fall weekend for our anniversary. Truly beautiful and relaxing- you'd have no idea what the property was like from the front, it's a fun surprise to head out the parlor into the back grounds. Lovely for reading in the morning sun or just listening to all the surrounding nature. Great also for sitting around the fire, wrapped up in all the fluffy blankets they provide with a bottle of wine. This is, of course, after a full day of hiking and eating!

Lovely small hotel in beautiful area. Grounds are very nice and well maintained. We were offered s'mores that we could make by the fire. No breakfast is offered but there is a market next door with tasty but pricey breakfast burritos. Restaurant next door was great! Good local options and tasty creme brûlée.

It was an expensive trip, however for a splurge it was well worth it. The grounds were beautiful. I just wish there would have been a way to "schedule" a little off leash time with the dog so she could have run! Also the pet policy is not online. Please call them to get all the details.

Such a peaceful place to unwind. Perfect spot from which to explore the beauty of West Marin. Also wonderful that the tavern next door is open 7 days a week - as many spots in Pt. Reyes Station and Inverness are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We'll definitely be back again.

I cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved upon. Jose and the entire staff went above and beyond as they always do. The food in Due West was the best we have experienced yet! This little gem on the Coast is such a special place.

Our short stay at Olema House was fantastic. We booked one night mostly because the location worked for the timing of our multi-destination trip. Our experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was nice, and the grounds were amazing. The entire staff was helpful and friendly, and they took great care of us. We enjoyed live music next door at Due West, exploring the hotel grounds and the beautiful common areas, and making s'mores at the fire. I hope to come back some day.

This is a magical place that is perfect for couples, wedding venue, exploring the Marin county or just taking some time to find yourself. Please do yourself the favor of spending some time here- you will not regret it
