Pokhara grandee is far from a five star property. It is at best a 3 star property. The description in makemytrip is absolute bogus, wi booked the hotel for the only reason for bathtub and it dis not have bathtub in the premium room category although it said it does. The breakfast is ordinary and the coffee served at breakfast is nescafe sachets in hot water. Machine coffee is chargeable which is a joke. The distance mentioned in mm t is given 990mtrs which is also a lie as the hotel is approx 3 kms away from the lake.

The location is beautiful, the hospitality is excellent, and the food is marvelous. I would like to thank mr anand and his team for making our stay memorable. The staff was very polite and respectful.

We loved our stay here!! The staff was always so professional, helpful and accommodating. Everything was so clean and the hot water was very reliable, which we were so thankful for! They provided what I needed to stay plant-based and they also provided gluten-free options for our friend. 🥰 We recommend this resort, it’s lovely! Come stay here with your family and friends or reserve the private conference rooms for your business meetings.

We are enjoying our stay here both pre and post trekking. It is clean and welcoming and well located. Anju in the restaurant is a delight as is the young waiter Ravin tamang. The food is fresh and tasty and well presented. After the heat of the day the pool is a welcome tonic.
