Ulasan Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens

The resort in the Hunter Valley. Although some of the facilities are vintage, you can feel the good atmosphere here.

Great stay overall, was able to check in early which was super helpful and appreciated. Did have issues getting the room phone to work, was unable to call the front desk / room service.

Location was good with plenty of nearby options to explore. Good breakfast and amenities. However, found used tissues and straw rubbish in bedside table. Also, they didn’t provide drinking water in the room. Unless you ask them. Phone line is also not working. Informed the staff about phone line issue and rubbish but no action has been taken.

It is not a premium hotel. It is just good enough to stay. Location is cannot be better.

It was absolutely disappointing stay even with the name mercure. When I checked in the room, the fridge wasn't cleared with left over food and the towels in the bathroom had human hair and bugs on it. I had to ask the reception to change them. My kids wanted to use the pool but we had to scoop out dead frog and a huntsman spider. General maintenance wasn't even done at all. Will never book this hotel in future. Worst overnight stay. The breakfast option wasn't too bad

Nice big and clean rooms. Kids loved the pool. The food was sensation. Would stay there again.

Poor service with no explanation of facilities available. Limited facilities, tv had basically no channels included not even regular channels. Free game room was good but closed early. Terrible food. Pricey accommodation for what it was.

Great place to stay close to all the wineries, nearby Hunter valley gardens, amenities are great.

The hygiene is average. There are mosquitoes and flies in the room, but there is no mosquito repellent. The breakfast buffet has few varieties and choices, only scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms, bread, cereal, juice, coffee and a small amount of fruit. It is very average. There were not many guests for breakfast in the two days.

Location is fine. Hotel dirty room. Everything dated. Breakfast room and quality breakfast buffet not worth the money. Everything overdue maintenance.

The room is moderately priced and the environment is beautiful.

I just stopped here for one night on a business trip. It should be suitable for traveling.
