Hotel Tht

Just returned from 5 nights at this hotel and i ust say that I was pleasantly surprised by the space and comfort of the accommodation. The rooms were spotless and well kept with lots of storage space. The views from the windows overlooked the Square which was also lovely. The bed and bedding were very good and the pillows very comfortable. Having a refrigerator in the room was a plus. The attached restauraunt was simple but adequate and again very friendly, clean and inexpensive. The staff were very friendly and always available to help. I was ill and confined to my room for almost 3 days but it was not a problem as i was very comfortable and never cold.It was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main square.i still cant get over just how inexpensive this hotel was for our 5 nights. if I make it back to Policka this is certainly where I would choose to stay.

Refusal to return phone calls or e mails. Turns out you need a pin code to access your room key as there is no reception. No instructions where to find key safely box.when we did find the key Bix we discovered an Incorrect pin had been.issued....so we couldn't get it. No one would answer the phone. Had to find another hotel. They've stolen my money. Seriously shocking!
