This is one to avoid, they do not provide milk or creamer for coffee in the room, after the first night you have to purchase any additional drinking water and when the temperature increases this can become a real issue. Arriving after a five hour flight there was only ham and cheese sandwiches on offer at the bare, I had to wait until 7:30 to order some food to the room, then at 8:20 I had to find out why the food had not arrived (salled, meat and cheese) so no cooking needed; the excuse was the lift was not working, I was on the first floor. When it finally arrived the salad was shriveled up leave some tomato and processed ham and cheese. The plate of cheeses and meats was two rolled up pieces of processed cheese cut up processed ham and a small amount of salomi. I sent it back and ordered the burger that was edible. I decided to try the restaurant and had stake that was recommended to have rare so I ordered it rare; rustic potatoes in herbs and salad; what I got was meat that was medium cooked and tough, boiled potatoes with no herbs and carrots that where mushy as if they had gone off before cooking instead of salad see photo. This seemed to have been a good hotel at one time as there are remnants of what it has been but seems to have hit hard times.

Ottimo indirizzo per chi viaggia per lavoro e nn ha pretese di stellati. Camere ampie e curate, pulite. Posizione ideale per visitare Lisbona e il Convento di Mafra, a 15-20 minuti. Servizio, parcheggio interno gratuito e colazione completa per offerta e qualità.

VIP somente no nome O atendimento deixa muito a desejar, €10 pelo café da manhã por pessoa. Se precisar de um utensílio, como uma colher, uma taça ou algo do tipo vão cobrar uma taxa de serviço de €5 o que não faz sentido eu COMPREI no mercado continente uma taça por €1,5 achei um descaso com os hóspedes, não tem absolutamente nenhum utensílio no quarto e se você pedir emprestado só pagando. A cama eu me senti em um dorama dormindo em um tatame no chão, sério a cama mais DESCONFORTÁVEL, dura que já dormi em um hotel, até o Ibis que é muito mais barato. Tem uma cama melhor, VIP apenas no nome, eles se auto intitulam VIP mas não são! Acordei o banheiro fedia a esgoto, deve ter algum retorno, eu reclamei e não se ofereceram nem pra me trocar de quarto. Longe do dentro de Lisboa, sem trânsito pelo menos meia hora, em horário d épico passa de uma hora pra chegar lá 😢

Affordable and ok place to stay when you just need a place for one night. Not a pretty location, but easy to access with a car and the train station is not too far away. Wouldn't stay longer, but on the way to the north of Portugal served a purpose as one night accommodation and offered good enough value for money.

didn't like: 1) bathroom sharing was not clearly stated in the listing , nor the reservation. 2) the gents bathroom was too small 3) the ceiling above washbasin in gents bathroom was too low. 4) room door did not close and thus had to be locked every time

We recently stayed here for a wedding for two nights. Great hotel with lovely indoor and outdoor pool, golf course and tennis courts. 10minute drive to Torres Vedras and an hour into Lisbon. Perfect if you want to get away and just relax.

I had the pleasure of staying here for 6 nights when I arrived in Portugal from the U.S. The hotel is new and there are still a few things being worked on, however, it was still pleasantly quiet. The rooms are not large, but there is no lack of comfort. The amazing staff is why I had a great stay. Everyone works as a team. Sarah, Carol, Joana, Rebecca and the entire staff, are very friendly, kind and welcoming. Their goal is to ensure you have a great experience. I am grateful for the kindness of this team. I relocated here from the U.S. and this hotel was my first stop to get some work done. I am happy I chose this hotel. My interaction with everyone I encountered was pleasant. Seeing the team's smiling faces each day, overshadowed the stress of my overseas move. THANK YOU ALL. Please forgive me if I did not remember all of your names correctly. Great staff!

Me and my partner booked the hotel for 6 nights. I had to lengthen our stay which was no problem with the hotel staff and they were very helpful and kind. Our room didn’t have the greatest view as it was directly across a Toyota dealership however we weren’t overly bothered about it. The room was very clean and so was the toilet, they provide a small fridge and a cupboard with a safe to place belongings. Our bed was very comfortable and served us well. They also offered free drinks downstairs in the hot drinks machines. They offended parking for cars and optional room cleaning service daily. The hotel is roughly 5 minutes driving away from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel ! The only problem we encountered which is the reason for 4 stars is that our toilet shower had an annoying problem with the temperature, it would go from warm to really cold and then proceed to really hot. Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend the hotel!
