Beachfront Bliss

There is no necessary items provided, no staff. No reception person, no cleanliness. No proper parking, staff was very poor customer service.

Location is good, very close to beach bus there issue in cooling in ac. No cooling at all

You need to keep the location aside, however all other properties also have same advantage. Problem here is the service. Roma do not lock properly, they doors are shaky and broken, water was getting stagnated on washroom floor, water pressure was giving a feel of a slum, toilet failed to flush on day 2, in terms of amenities, multiple reminders for housekeeping and towel changes, they were not even replacing floor mats on daily basis, when i asked to replace dirty glasses the next day, a boy came and washed the glasses in the room’s washroom only with only water in front of me ) the restaurant in property do not serve at room, they could not properly cook a fish or chicken properly. My worst stay in palolem and the most expensive one too. Art resort provides great service and food, cocos is very clean and restaurant is awesome. Management needs to invest in people and staff here.

Please don't stay at this resort rat, lizard, horrific insect bite, mosquitoes bites all night, no room service u have to go office told them then they clean no bed sheet & no pillow cover change. Rat coming at night roaming on bed. Horrific experience & bathroom dirty & Unhygienic bathroom room

The resort is near to the beach and you could hear the sound of waves. There are plenty of eateries nearby. You can choose the rooms according to your requirements.

This resort has no one to take care. From the beginning till the end, no one cared to even come near us. There was no one even to shift our luggage from and to our car. We did everything ourselves. They didn't even ask our id proofs. The wooden cottages are terrible, very old and pathetic. Only exception is its proximity to the sea. The location is lovely and lively, but the resort is not like a resort at all. Looks like they have earned from it for many years, more than their expectations and now they don't care if they get guests or not. Their concentration is mainly on foreigners. Indians are of no importance to them. I don't recommend any kind of guests, especially indians to go there.
