Hotel Pompei dengan Bar

Just returned after a mini break in Pompeii. This hotel is a little gem. So clean and the staff are amazing. Gave us all the information we needed and sorted a taxi when we needed one. Our room was clean but a little noisy near the road (the other balcony room opposite would be a great choice) however after a long day of sight seeing this wasn’t an issue as fell asleep quickly. Breakfast was plentiful and the cappuccino were lovely. When we returned after a day out we would have a limoncello spritz before going up to bed. Beautiful view of Vesuvius from our balcony and the little dog is very cute. All the staff were very friendly and definitely make a stay at this hotel amazing. When we arrived we walked from Pompeii Scavi train station which took over an hour (google maps tried to take us down the highway and then we ended up on a road with a closed bridge) we then discovered Pioppanio station which only took 20 minutes to walk to from the hotel. Highly recommend using trains to get around they are very cheap and easy to navigate.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità Finora il miglior rapporto prezzo qualità trovato a pompei. È un 4 stelle scarso. Meglio sarebbe un tre stelle buono. Però ottima posizione vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e reception aperta 24 su 24. Questi sono stati i motivi per cui ho scelto la struttura. Buoni i letti e la colazione. Personale gentile. Mancava solo qualche bustina di docciaschiuma nel bagno. Ma forse solo perché siamonkn stagione bassa. Comunque da consigliare

Che dire sono tornato dopo un po’ di tempo, ricordo che ero stato con mia madre. Sono tanti ricordi, accoglienza eccellente, cortesia e gentilezza del personale della reception e del ristorante, stanza molto bella e moderna. Poi il garage gratuito. Grazie ci ritornerò.

if you enjoy rude customer service and horrible wifi, the Hotel Palma in Pompeii is the hotel for you. After a peasant visit five years ago, we returned this week with a group of 32 for an overnight stay. To start, they didn't honor the rooming list we sent when we booked with them. At the last minute the put some of our party in undersized rooms forcing unrelated members of our group to share a bed. The front desk also failed to have our rooms assigned when we arrived, which is normal for large groups. I didn't see a single smile from a staff member the entire time we were there. And each member was greeting by the morning desk clerk when dropping off keys with an abrupt ”did you take anything from the mini bar during your stay?” Forget a simple good morning or thank you. One member had a water and bag of chips and was charged 8 Euros. What a rip off. Others complained that there was no shower curtain which caused the bathroom floor to flood with water. They had to use their towels to mop up the floor. Breakfast was a shadow of what it was during our last visit. The juice tasted rancid and the only choice of yogurt when I arrived was banana. The main problem was their weak and spotty wifi. It's 2024. You can't call yourself a high-end hotel without offering reliable wifi. I was in room 211. There was no wifi reception. I tried several times on my phone and laptop. The other hotels in Milan and Rome we visited had great wifi - not at Palma. When I went downstairs to let the overnight front desk clerk know, he refused to believe me and sent me back to try again, which I did. No reception in 211, but it picked up as you walked down the hallway to the elevator. Again he refused to believe me and aggressively debated me and refused to come upstairs to check. When I asked if I could use the desk in the front lobby to do the three hours of work I needed to take care of, he said no; that he had to clean the lobby - same reason he gave when he kicked four of us out of the lobby at 12:30am. No cleaning was done by morning. I sat at a small table by the bar to complete my work. Even there the wifi went out a couple of times. Other members in the group complained that their rooms were deadspots also. We will not return to the Palma. Rude staff, bad wifi, and a weak breakfast make it unattractive for the price.

Best stay we ve had in Italy. Many thanks to the best hotel staff we ever met! Everything was perfect. Room was spacious with new furniture ,very well equipped and very, very clean. Location is awesome, with a beautiful view of mount Vesuvius and a few minutes away from Pompeii. The hotel offers all the amnities that you need for a perfect and relaxed stay. Pool area was awesome and the bar served great cocktails and drinks. Breakfast was delicios with a variety of choices and coffe was excellent The staff at Bosco De Medici is the best staff we ve ever encountered, and that s coming from seasoned travellers. They will gladly help without expecting anything in return, which is a rare virtue these days. My wife had some medical issues, problems with a tooth, which could have ruined our vacation. The hotel staff offered us assistance, took us to a dentist, and thanks to them my wife got well. Basically they saved our vacation. We will definatelly come back to this great place with wonderful people and will recommend it to anyone travelling to Pompeii Always thankful to Roberto and the Bosco da Medici Staff! We stayed at Hotel Diana because a friend recommended it. It is conveniently located - walking distance to the ruins and the train station. We had not planned our visit prior to arriving in Pompeii, but Claudia at the front desk put together a phenomenal itinerary for us. We saw the ruins; ate lunch at a local winery; had a guided tour of Naples and a driver who took us on a tour of the Amalfi coast. She planned all of this in just a day. The hotel is not fancy but is clean and close to wonderful restaurants. The staff is amazing. If you ever go to Pompeii, you should stay here. Choosing Hotel Diana was the best decision we made during our visit to Italy.

We had booked 3 nights in the Hotel del Sole, mainly for its perfect location to visit the the ruins of Pompeii, which are literally across the road. The suite we were given was very large, but the amenities were cheap. There was a kettle and cups and a tea bag available, when I asked for some sachets of coffee for the room, was told 'no you have to come down to the restaurant each time'. However, worst of all was the response I received when we told the staff the balcony door had a broken lock (overlooking the main road!). We were told, 'it is like that'. 'The staff seemed completely uninterested and couldnt really care less about guest services. The continental breakfast on our first morning was very poor, limited and not of great quality (I'm sure they had powered scrambled egg!) So much so that we decided to find a better hotel which we did a few 100 metres on the same street and were treated to first class service (we lost our money for the remaining 2 nights at Hotel Del Sole, but I didnt mind at all, it was well worth checking out early.
