When a hotel guest is checking in, usually is the first face to face service encounter with the hotel, which makes it important, the first Impression that a guest receives can be often the last impression, so if the first impression is good, the more likely the customer will also leave the hotel feeling satisfied!! So upon check in i face a very unwelcoming person, Paola, she was there like she didint wanna be there, Like she was doing me a favor, except for that my stay turn out to very good, very clean room, also public area were very clean, breakfast was super ! the pool and the spa were great ! A big thanks to Sandra , that works in the spa, she was very friendly and we really enjoy her massage, big thanks also to Mark/or maybe marco,( not sure anymore , from the restaurant! And also to Nate from the Night Shift!! Overall a very good hotel.
