BQ Delfin Azul Hotel is the BEST hotel I’ve ever been to. It was always spotlessly clean, every single staff member was outstanding, everyone who helped us were all welcoming and kind and I must say it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in a hotel. We booked as a couple for a “babymoon” as I am 27 weeks pregnant so we spent 90% of our time in the hotel - we had breakfast included in our stay which was amazing each morning with plenty of variety; we then would spend the day by the pool which was never over crowded and there was a poolside bar and restaurant which served stunning lunch and great mocktails! The staff would also host daytime events such as darts, snooker, table tennis etc which was extremely fun! We usually went out to eat in the evenings so cannot review the dinner-time buffet unfortunately but every night without fail we would return to the hotel for 20:45 for the entertainment which was great for both kids and adults. The location is also ideal, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, shops etc within 20 minutes (walking) each way of the hotel - but not too close to bars / restaurants so that you had any disturbance in the nights, we had a really peaceful stay with no disturbance from party goers at all. This hotel was always going to get a 5* review from me due to all of the above but I want to make a special mention to the entertainer Dante who made our stay memorable. Dante is one of the best people we’ve had the pleasure of knowing, he is so funny, outgoing and extremely personable - honestly I would come back to this hotel just for him. Not only was he great with the kids, he also took the time to get involved with the adults and knew us by our names on the first day we arrived and would always go out of his way to greet us even if it was over the microphone as we walked into the lounge in the evenings. Dante really made this trip one of the best holidays we’ve had and I could not be happier with our experience at BQ Deflin Azul. We cannot wait to return next year with our own little one. Gracias to all of the hotel staff but especially Dante - you were all outstanding.

My boyfriend and I are just back from an all-inclusive, 4-night stay at Aluasoul Alcúdia Bay, which exceeded our expectations by a million miles. We arrived late on the first night to a friendly receptionist, a bright, clean, and spacious bedroom, and a dinner very thoughtfully set aside for us. We had a great impression of the hotel from the moment we arrived, and our stay only got better from there. Every single member of staff that we interacted with, from Davide in entertainment, to the cleaners and restaurant servers, was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was delicious, as were the cocktails and other drinks we tried. There were plenty of typically British foods on offer for unadventurous eaters, but there were also many tastes of Spain: paella, tortilla, tostada con tomate, churros etc. I myself am vegetarian and my boyfriend is somewhat fussy, but neither of us had any trouble getting our value for money at the buffet. Our wine glasses were always refilled before we had noticed they were empty, and our plates were cleared the moment we finished. We also really enjoyed the entertainment, which we hadn’t expected to. On the first night we watched a wonderfully charismatic singer who had most of the audience on their feet, and on the second we saw a mesmerising flamenco show. The pool was a little too chilly for our liking but that’s what you get for going in October. And although the hotel was at 95% capacity, so we were told, there was always space to sit at dinner and by the pool. It did, however, get fairly busy at times, and the best seats were often taken. We are so grateful to all staff for making our stay so wonderful. Our only real complaint is that the trip wasn’t long enough. ¡Muchas gracias!

The Zafiro Tropic is an hotel that is situated in a well positioned location in Alcudia due to the beach and restaurants. It isn't far from the Old Town that is beautiful to visit. Bus services are very good as well. The hotel itself was okay but it definitely is a family hotel because the entertainment was not really put on for adults and sometimes there was nothing at night. The hotel room was too small due to no storage for food and drink because it was self catering and we had to keep asking the hotel to fix the bathroom door. We were put in the the older block in the hotel that hasn't been refurnished for many years. Other guests were placed in the up-to-date rooms but we weren't. Maid service and the swimming pool were very good. Overall, location is worthwhile here that keeps the hotel going but we would not go back to this hotel. Due to it being October and knowing that the temperatures are a lot cooler in Spain at this time, we expected that. However, the fan or the central heating system is turned off and the room at lot of the time was very cold and no heat was provided for customers to stay warm during the day and/or night.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alcudia Port Suites. Everything about the hotel and staff are five star. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The staff are brilliant - very friendly, very helpful and the service from housekeeping to reception to restaurant is superb. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is very convenient for the beach, shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were excellent and we had dinner there one night which was also excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Excellent first impression, nice on the outside and nice on the inside. The lobby looked refreshed and the receptionist was welcoming and accommodating. We requested 2 rooms next to each other and we got just that on the ground floor. We were on a girl’s trip so we booked a hotel that would not have children and this place delivered its promise on that. The breakfast was really good, a a buffet of wide variety hot and cold options were available as well as hot/cold beverages. The rooms are equipped as a 3 star hotel should be, all basics covered, except no refrigerator otherwise satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Rooms were cleaned daily. We were always outside either walking/laying on the beach in the day, dining out and then out and about all night until late so we hardly ever stayed in the room. We used it to sleep and freshen up. The bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom facilities all worked well, towels were clean and replaced as required. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel’s location is excellent, a walk away to the beach, bus station, dance clubs, bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, gift shops, etc. Overall a good hotel for its value. We will definitely stay here again on our next year’s summer vacation and would highly recommend it to people who simply need a comfortable place to stay while spending most their time out and about.
