酒店看得出有一定年代，但是衞生非常好，基本的設施都有，服務也很熱情，在維拉港算是非常好的酒店了。

酒店沒有電梯。 酒店除了游泳池，沒有沙灘不能游泳。 房間設施還行。 酒店位置較為偏僻，附近走路十分鐘範圍內沒有商店或飯店。

在維拉港算得上比較好的酒店了。有wifi，餐廳服務不錯，前面大片的草地 樹木 帆船港灣，比較滿意的一次住宿，但是要注意 訂房一定要寫清楚幾人入住不然會額外收費而且不便宜。

From the initial greeting on arrival to our departure, the entire staff, including the front office, tour desk, lobby bar, restaurant and room service, have treated us exceptionally well. A special mention to Mayank for his effervescent smile and greetings plus the bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Also, to Fiona at the Lobby Bar, who looked after us each night and even assisted carrying our late night orders to our room. At the minute, there is construction happening to improve the hotel. But if you want an affordable and comfortable stay with staff that are very friendly and engaging this is the hotel for you in Vanuatu.

Big shout out to Mayank, William and Junior from the front desk for such great service and the warm welcome all throughout our stay, you guys are great! Also a big shout out to David from sports centre for helping us with whatever activities we wanted to try at the resort and helping us sort out our tours around the island as well as our Airport transport. Overall, everyone in this place has been really great everyone is very positive and genuine. Never had an issue, except maybe the walls in the rooms are a bit thin so you could hear everything from outside. Other than that, it’s been a great stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. Great work everyone, thank you once again for making our stay in Vanuatu amazing!

The staff, food and facilities are beautiful here. We have been cared for thoroughly with kindness and happiness. The room is comfortable and the pools are beautiful. The steaks and salad here are first class. We love it. So relaxing and comfortable. I lost my wallet on the way here and the manager was absolutely amazing helpful and kind. Well beyond expectations. The taxi driver returned my wallet a few hours after I lost it. What a place. The people are beautiful. It’s a poor country with lots of natural beauty.

Absolutely best in customer service, accommodation, courtesy, and hospitality! Amazing complimentary breakfast every morning and live music entertainment and occasional fire show awaiting at night included! 10/10. Would happily stay again during my future visit in Vanuatu!

Loved our stay here! Fab resort for Families. Kids club, yacht, kayaks, gym. Amazing pool overlooking water. Great singers around pool & after dinner. Excellent cultural show & fire show. So good kids eat free. Lovely grounds & staff! Well done Holiday Inn! Super kind staff keeping the place immaculate. Please don't get put off by entrance. The empty ponds got damaged in cyclone so are empty but will be next on the list to be redeveloped into a kids play area & garden.

Excellent in all respects. Staff could not have more welcoming. Best location in Port Vila on a peaceful lagoon. Comfortable well cared for accommodation. Totally relaxing. Enjoyed kayaking, sailing, relaxing by the pool, sipping drinks from the pool bar.

A lovely hotel with the friendliest staff. Especially William at the front desk. Good buffet breakfast, rooms and pool. If you need a fabulous driver ask for George- he’s lovely and knowledgeable about Efate. A family friendly place to stay!

From an evening arrival to be greeted by a person in traditional dress (Sam) welcoming us with genuine friendship and happiness, to all the staff who could not have done better to make our stay very enjoyable. The rooms were a little tired, resort is in the process of a major renovation, but very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Location and facilities could not be better, even free kayak use. The bonus of events eg fire dance etc were very enjoyable. The meals were varied and excellent, be aware, most are very large serves. All staff were very helpful, friendly and engaging. A special mention to Sam, for his friendly manner and sharing of information, Frida, for her great service and humour at the Lobby bar and Merelin for her knowledgeable information regarding tours etc. Plus of course Mayank with his smile and gentle manner ensuring nothing was too much effort in ensuring our stay was comfortable. Recommend this place 100%.
