Excellent stay with nice buffett breakfast and welcoming staff! For a 4 star hotel, it would have been nice to have a bigger and better equipped wellness/gym area, maybe an indoor pool and spa services as well.

Fab hotel great location only about a 15/20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Near shops and restaurants.
Loved the honestly bar and lounge where you could get free tea and coffee. There was even fresh cake. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed.
I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process.
When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows.
We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over.
We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny.
After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all.
It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude.
On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

Decent hotel in a good location. Big rooms for Europe, bathroom a bit on the smaller side. However we had a few issues:
1) we organised a romantic bday surprise at 60€, and during check in, the receptionist asked “when would you like the surprise champagne” in front of the person whose bday it was, ruining the surprise. Also of note, many other hotels of this level provide something complimentary. 60€ is very steep.
2) emailed in advance for an early check in, and the hotel attendant said no upon arrival without even checking.
3) they had turned off the air conditioning and the room was boiling hot. The only option was to open the window and be eaten alive by mosquitos. Terrible.

Quarto excelente. Não é grande mas é ótimo para os padrões da região. Banheiro e amenidades de boa qualidade. Meu único ponto negativo é o carpete, prefiro pisos mais fáceis de limpar. Fica muito bem localizado, podendo-se ir a pé a vários pontos turísticos da cidade. Metrô a 300m, muito fácil. Fica numa rua sem saída, que da avenida principal vê-se a torre Eiffel.

Great boutique hotel. Accommodation is simple but clean. Great location in the 7th near the Eiffel Tower and Invalides. Staff are lovely. Located down a small lovely alley, so quiet. Breakfast is simple but perfect. It’s now on my list of affordable Paris hotels for business and pleasure travel.
