Clean and big rooms. Amazing Sky Bar with great 360 degree and sunset view. Modern and big gym. Very friendly staff. Could check in a bit earlier and stay a bit longer. Highly appreciated. Good breakfast. Quiet at night. Location not in downtown but also not too far away. Some shops and small delicious restaurants around.

OMG!!!! Latsavong Wanda Vista is a wonderful hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. John and Alison helped us checked in&out. Breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed the Sky Bar and the view. We did the couples massage, it was excellent. I love the smart toilet. 😁 Most definitely coming back when we visit Laos again.

When i started to find a hotel in vientiane, i look at reviews, room pictures and room sizes. So I picked this hotel. Normally i book only 1 night and extend when i like it. Well, i like it very much. I extended till 4 nights. The service and entourage was great, you could see it is a very new hotel and a real 5 star. During the breakfast we were very well taken care of by jennie, she really took care of the providing the good and drinks. She provided a very nice ice coffee latte. For the reception, after the first two night we got upgraded to a even better room. Thanks to the help of Ana and Nat. I really recommend this hotel. It is outside the tourist area, but it is easy to reach. At the hotel they also helped me install DriveIn, an Uber like app, which helped me to move around in Vientiane. In short, 5 star for the hotel, but specially the staf which make the 5 stars. Thanks to Nat, Ana, Jennie and the other staff.

The hotel is a real wonder with its large, comfortable and modernly equipped rooms. To the extent that you may need a while to work out the settings on the toilet seat remote, which can be set differently for three different people. Reception staff are wonderfully attentive and helpful - thank you! Breakfast is another highlight - great both in terms of variety and quality. How many hotels can you think of that offer both amazingly cooked Lao dishes and really good warm croissants? The gym is easily the best equipped hotel gym I have seen in a while and there are separate kids and adults swimming pools on the 6th floor. I had a 30-minute back and shoulder massage in the spa and it made me realise how much a good therapist can do in such a short time. I hope the hotel management will keep up the good work and invest in their staff's development to keep shining. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers to Vientiane. Stefan Stoyanov

這次的入住體驗真的非常Nice,特別是在前台遇到的中國小姐姐 Scarlett 小吳 ，非常的讓人暖心，從入住進去到離開，全程用心關懷備至，知道我們回國行程，特意給我們安排送機服務，讓我對這個陌生的國度又多了一些好感，下次有機會來萬象，一定再次選擇入住這個酒店

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，雖然到了國外但是完全沒有陌生的感覺，酒店的工作人員服務都很好，特別是Scarlett全程給我們特別到位的關懷和安排，萬象最高的樓裏的五星酒店非常不錯，適合所有出行遊客入住噢！

已經旅遊結束回到了家，想到這兩天在萬象文華酒店的感受心還是暖暖的！作為一個喜歡旅行的潔癖中年人，其實酒店是我行程中最在意的，因為定對了酒店，遇到了一羣可愛友善的員工，讓我本不期待的城市也變得美好！酒店設施新、乾淨整潔、早餐豐富、員工nice、有免費接送車來回市區…反正來萬象住這完全可以不提前做攻略，酒店員工會熱情幫助你解決各種問題！特別特別特別要感謝大堂經理小吳，入住時加我微，出入幫忙打車、安排，一切問題好像找她，都周到地處理，從來沒有一絲怠慢，這在所謂全球最頂級的酒店我也沒有如此深刻感受過，真的是寶藏小姐姐！特別是在家人生病臨時訂了晚班機回家的時候，她主動幫我們延遲退房，讓家裡生病的長者可以有個地方休息，如此善意把我們全家人的心都快融化了！最後千言萬語匯成一句：感恩遇見小吳，感謝萬達文華！
