Except they sent someone who does not speak English?? They does not work
Maybe have them inside with the rest with a sign and the person's name on it. They did not have an English menu, it is in an area that is not safe for a single non speaking American. They have a lovely restaurant but no one speaks English nor can they explain the menu and when you try to log knot up on their website it is so small you can't see it.
The hotel was empty yet they could not accommodate me asking me to pay for an ocean view room..so instead I was at the end of the hotel, no view and it was so loud you could hear the cars in the parking lot. I asked to talk to the property manager and I never heard from her. The front desk has limited English speaking as well.
Here is where I am at, the only reason this place is "exceptional" is maybe one person reviewed it. Don't stay here until they realize who they need to cater to.
Such a disappointing 3 days.
