Everything was awesome

Was a great stay very comfortable and the receptionist was nice

Great location for shows at Thompson’s Point. Comfortable Friendly service

Was very nice but the space was small convenient to places and things to do

Somethings could be better wish the hot tube was open

We booked online, prepaid. Once arriving to the hotel we were told they were booked. They put us in another room which was fine. We got charged for that room. Later that night a drunk couple was fighting, screaming, slamming doors. Called front office nothing was done. Ended up going all night listening to the fighting

The hotel is just old it needs a full remake the room is dingy and it's nothing to do with a housekeeper I mean things are just old and chipped and looks like they need to be replaced

Our room had dust stuck all over the ceiling and walls and in the corners. The hallways smelled moldy. The wallpaper was patched together and it looked like the doors and molding hadn't been painted in years! I would have expected that if I had paid under $100/ night but I paid $126 and thought I would at least not have dust webs hanging over my bed!

Great stay. Reasonable and convenient. Comfy bed. Noisy people in hallway for awhile at 2am.

It was loud, doors slamming through out the night. There was not free breakfast as advertised when booking. The hot tub has so much dirt in the bottom, The rooms were nice but not the cleanest, hair all over the shower. The beds were so comfortable and the room stayed dark, the heat and air conditioning worked amazing. The staff that checked us in were really pleasant, and was people friendly.

The property was easy to find large parking lot. Clean lobby stairs n hallways. The pool was soso. The hottub was dirty. Couple of the staff wasnt friendly an couldnt answer my questions.

We’ve stayed here a couple times when traveling via bus/plane out of Portland. It’s a decent, no-frills hotel. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, we’ve had challenges with the heating/cooling but I think that’s pretty standard. Standard amenities. Good location with free shuttle to airport/bus station. It’s also walkable to concord/amtrak station. TV works well. Great, affordable spot when you’re in a pinch or just need a place to crash while traveling.

Nice hotel. 3 min walk to the bus terminal! Grumpy desk person at check in but it was 10:30 at night. Room was good but the carpet was dirty/stained and there was a bit of a smell

Great hotel very friendly staff clean rooms century located right in Portland. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch or dinner we will be going back again.
