Hotel bandar yang indah, sesuai untuk melawat Porto! Kakitangan juga sangat ramah dan membantu. Petua tentang perkara yang perlu dilakukan dan restoran mana yang hendak dikunjungi adalah sangat baik dan memanfaatkan hujung minggu yang panjang kami di Porto sepenuhnya. amat disyorkan!

This was a great location, next to a mall and food market. Hotel staff were great an very helpful. Decent size rooms. Quite hotel Good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Would have liked a bath tub in my room after a day of walking and sightseeing.

The hotel location is very good. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are really nice. The hotel 's decoration is grand. Breakfast and the food is good. Everything is above my expectations. Although the room is not large, it's clean and decent. We are happy to stay in this hotel and would like to recommend it to others.

Great location, very comfy big beds, immaculate bathrooms and super friendly staff. The staff even let me use the facilitities after I already checked out as I had an unplanned job interview VC call to take and only found out on the morning of check out.

Şehir merkezine yakın bir konumda. Kahvaltı daha iyi olabilirdi. Kahve çok iyidi.. Odalar temiz. Klima güzel çalışıyor. Ancak oda da birden fazla priz olsa daha kullanışlı olurdu. Otelin hemen önünden tur otobüsleri kalkması biraz gürültüye neden oluyor. Flixbus garajı a 3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. En yakın metroya ise 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

Das Hostel ist perfekt für Städtereisen geeignet. Die einzelnen Kojen sind gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sicher und wohl. Beim gemeinsamen Badezimmer kann es zu Verzögerungen kommen aber man kann auch die öffentlichen Räume nutzen. Alles ist gut durchdacht und die junge Gästeschar war stets freundlich und angenehm. Der Garten mitten in der Stadt ist eine Oase der Ruhe und man kann hier dank der gemeinschaftsküche auch Garten Diners veranstalten! Große Leistung kleiner Preis. So macht reisen Spaß!

Wow- what a great location and eclectic hotel. Staff was very welcoming, happy, energetic and went out of their way to offer directions and recommendations to restaurants. Clean room, crisp sheets, well maintained. The hotel itself is right across the street from the Cathedral and is central to so many tourist sites, restaurants and shops. We truly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights from 6th May in room 307 with city view ( which it worth paying for ). Location was great, staff very helpful and friendly, also great at accommodating our checkout request. The room was big, modern decor and great shower, cleaned every day, it didn’t have an iron though but we didn’t ask for one either. The breakfast was ok, I would have liked more choice especially hot food. The coffee in the room situation is weird. You only get 4 coffee pods for the whole stay ( although we stayed 3 nights ) so what I would suggest to the hotel management is just take the coffee machine out and put some instant coffee sachets in since there is a kettle. This ways you won’t annoy your guests… I would return!

This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed in. In addition to the exquisite decor and quality furnishings, what makes this a five star hotel is the incredible staff. They bend over backwards to ensure your stay is memorable. There was a bottle of champagn on ice in our room to welcome us. On my way out to go to the store, one of the staff asked what we were getting. I replied outlet adapters. He replied ”no need, I'll have a couple brought up to the room. When we were checking out, they gave us a breakfast-to-go bag which included juice, yogurt, fruit and pastries. When I asked about an ice machine, they brought a bucket of ice up to the room. Turn down service included chocolates and sometimes berries. House labeled bottled water in the room was gratis. Once she showed up with a couple of breaded, fried shrimp tapas. Shout out to the breakfast staff as well. They were cheery and professional at all times. The crystal chandeliers, deep pile rugs, spotless interiors, classic architectural touches, incredible service and a very relaxing vibe all add up to the finest travel experience one could hope for. Everything about Torel is breathtaking.
