Hotel não correspondeu às expectativas nem às imagens no site. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, os travesseiros fediam muito a suor, mesmo às roupas de cama trocadas diariamente. Além de ser velhas e mal cheirosas. Móveis do quarto muito velhos e fiação totalmente aparente com dois buracos na parede, abaixo da tv. Tv só pegava 2 canais. A internet parece ser um problema antigo, já que a administração não se preocupa em resolver. O sinal dos dados móveis não funcionam nos quartos, e com isso, os hóspedes se acumulam na recepção para tentar fazer o uso do wi-fi. Fomos a recepção questionar sobre o wi-fi, mas os funcionários não foram solícitos. Durante a nossa hospedagem, picos de energia foram constantes em vários dias. Café da manhã sempre cheio, mas simples e variado, porém, sendo nescessário aguardar mesa, para se sentar. Estacionamento sempre lotado, sendo nescessário estacionar no jardim, por indicação dos funcionários. Resumindo: não indico a hospedagem, já que o preço não condiz com a qualidade entregue.

Hotel simplex, fomos bem recepcionados logo estávamos no quarto, nosso quarto bem arejado, limpinho, passamos ótimos dias neste lugar, bem arborizados hotel antigo, a única reclamação foi do chuveiro do banheiro, e da pia também, ambos saiam pouca água. Frigobar um pouco enferrujado. Café da manhã bem servido, frutas fresquinhas. Tive boa experiência! Para um 3☆. Recomendo esse Hotel.

O hotel é lindo. Bem arborizado, com sobrados coloridos, quarto grande, banheiro bom, porém, a limpeza é muito ruim! Vasos sanitários encardidos! Parece que nunca receberam uma Cândida na vida! Café da manhã razoável (a tapioca tem só em alguns dias mas achei ela muito fedida!). O cobertor também era fedido. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, porém no primeiro dia fomos constrangidos a noite, pois na recepção informam que fica aberto até 21:30h o restaurante e na hora, disseram que é só até às 21h, chegamos 20:40h e foi nítido que não gostaram. Teve um dia que o café estava frio, pq não ligaram a cafeteira. Hotel com boa estrutura, mas precisam melhorar bastante ainda, principalmente na limpeza e higiene do lugar.

Wonderful place! Came with family, 8 adults and 3 toddlers, all enjoyed it! Despite fully occupied over New Year, Management and staff were simply great, to the smallest detail, and we must have known by name and appreciated at least a dozen of them, too many to mention them all. Yes, the rooms and amenities are getting aged, but they do a great job keeping it all clean, and perfectly working. Location is the best you could think of, on the beach, but only a short (partly steep, but only for 100 m or so) walk to myriad of restaurants, cafes and shops. We’ll be back!

Tempat penginapan hotel sederhana, ada kolam renang dan jakuzi, tetapi saya tidak berguna, jakuzi perlu ditempah (20 minit setiap bilik), lokasinya bagus, dekat dengan Passarela do Álcool-anda boleh berjalan kaki, lebih terpelihara, bunyi tidak mengganggu. Perlu memberi perhatian kepada penyelenggaraan (bilik mandi keluli tahan karat, almari di dalam bilik) tetapi semuanya normal dan bersih. Secara umum, ini adalah hotel yang bagus, sederhana tetapi cekap, dengan perkhidmatan yang baik. Ia adalah satu keseronokan dan mencapai tujuan saya, iaitu untuk mengenal pusat Porto Seguro. Saya hanya tinggal di tempat ini selama satu malam.
