Everything was okay ✅. Perfect location, clean and comfy, delicious food and kind stuff 😍.

The location, and service was phenomenal! The staff was kind and the room was as clean as it could be. It was quiet and very relaxing. The food was also amazing. With the hotel you get access to 5 star beach with free sunshade and deck chair. 10/10 would recommend :)

Hotel in centro, posizione perfetta anche per passeggiata serale. Buona colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Centro termale con diverse piscine e idromassaggi adatto a famiglie con bambini. Ideale sarebbe creare anche una zona di relax isolata e meno rumorosa senza bambini

非常不推薦，本來去皮蘭沒仔細看，結果在皮蘭旁邊的一個島，過去3公里。前台服務也一般，與圖片相符度很低。酒店泳池非常不便捷，各種繞才能到，連服務人員都不知道泳池位置，帶我們在酒店繞了半個多小時才找到。

1. Personal nicht besonders freundlich / kompetent. 2. Wellness sollte im Preis eingegriffen sein, aber wie es sich dann herausstellte, muss dann doch für alles, wie zum Beispiel für die Sauna, separat bezahlt werden. 3. Strand nicht besonders attraktiv, der Pool könnte eher als Kinderplanschbecken eingestuft werden. 4. Internetverbindung instabil / langsam. Definitiv nicht den Preis wert. Dies ist maximum ein 4-Sternehotel.

Всё было отлично кроме пары минусов. Платная парковка (5 евро в день на улице в паре мирут ходьбы или 15 подземная), как-то не ожидала, что за парковку отдельные деньги возьмут. Подушки и одеяла тоже могли бы быть получен качеством, а то как-то несолидно для 5*. Ну и как комментарий - в Копере нет классической первой линии пляжа. Да и классических пляжей нет, для нас это был некоторый сюрприз, но в отеле есть бассейн с морской водой, а также можно доехать до соседнего Пирана, там каменный микропляжик имеется.

Hotel a 5 stelle , ubicato fronte mare. Accoglienza da parte della reception e dei ragazzi addetti alle vetture (garage al coperto d custodito) di prim'ordine ordine. Stanza assegnata molto accogliente e con ottima pulizia, bagno ampio con asciugamani e accappatoi sempre puliti ( cambio giornaliero ) Ristorante, prima colazione e cena a buffet con ampia scelta tra cibi freddi e caldi cucinati dul momento. Piscine con acqua di mare riscaldate molto grandi, molti sdraio a bordo piscina per il relax. Veramente soddisfatto di tutto.

The hotel is situated on the *****, in the middle of the town. Perhaps somewhat soulless, buy kept spotless and impeccable. We only came here for dinner which was somewhat underwhelming, particularly the wine offerings which did not do justice what Slovenia has to offer.

The photos speak for themselves. I work as a Housekeeping Manager in a five-star hotel, so I have a full understanding of what five stars should mean. The room was incredibly dirty, and when we were given another room, it was also in poor condition. I didn't have the energy to complain again, as I realized that all the rooms would likely be the same. When I first complained, the receptionist responded aggressively, questioning what I wanted, what my problem was, and who I was, so I didn’t manage to speak to any manager. I hope a mystery checker visits soon to see these issues. This hotel deserves at most a three-star rating. At breakfast, we wanted to have a waffle, but after seeing how they were being cooked, we quickly changed our minds
