La Bizantina is such a beautiful and peaceful hotel. The room we stayed in had such beautiful tile and the view from the balcony was amazing. Each morning we were served an amazing breakfast. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend La Bizantina

This beautiful boutique hotel (only 4 rooms in all!) is highly worth it. The service was phenomenal (don’t miss out on breakfast on the terrace). First night we were super jet lagged and Antonio set us up with a local reservation right away. It’s only a 15min walk to town (yes, lots of steps, but if you’re considering Positano, you know this already) as you wind among some amazing old world street labyrinths. We drove to Positano from the Naples airport, and parking was just down the road (500-1000 meters) and cost 40 euros per day. Pro tip: set your alarm so you wake up early to watch the sunrise creep over the mountains and light up the houses around you. You won’t regret it! Grazie, La Bizantina!

La Bizantina is a secret gem in Positano. There are only a few rooms in the villa, so the experience is very personal and exclusive. Our visit was entirely coordinated in advance via email with the hotel team, and our hotel manager Hani coordinated our visit at an expert concierge level! She took care of dinner reservations, planned excursions including a private wine tasting, and is the most welcoming and attentive person from the guest perspective.
We selected our room based on the private balcony/terrace, and this really made our Positano experience special with the amazing views.
If you are looking for an exclusive, personal, non-hotel type experience, this is the place to reserve!

What a dreamy hotel! I had the best stay here. Hani and Carla went above and beyond for me. They were so kind and helpful when finding restaurants and things to do. Thank you for making my stay so special! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again :)

Property was great, centrally located but you will still walk a steep mountain to get to the beach. Staff was great and helpful, shout-out to Hani! She was helpful, gave us good tips and accommodating. Would recommend this stay fully.

It was a great hotel very beautiful and lovely view. Hani the concierge went above and beyond multiple times to ensure we had a great stay. She was very knowledgeable of the whole area and ensured we had the best of the best the whole time. Carla who worked there also was very helpful. I would stay there again for the rooms the views but most importantly the service

Check in was smooth, staff was incredible…especially Hani and Carla! Hani set us up with a great wine tasting, suggested a church tour and even gave us a ride one day…above and beyond. The rooms were spacious (three of us in one), with a gorgeous balcony view…and really intimate with only a handful of rooms in the hotel. Literally nothing wrong with this place.

La Bizantina is a beautiful hotel with some of the best views you will find in Positano. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is fantastic as it is not a far (maybe ten minutes) walk to the beach. The complimentary breakfast is also excellent. All that said, La Bizantina stood out because of the excellent service my wife and I received while at the hotel, specifically from daytime hostess, Hani. Unfortunately, my wife experienced a medical emergency on the last day of our trip and Hani treated us like family. She was genuinely concerned for my wife’s health and within fifteen minutes of me notifying her of the situation, Hani had a doctor and EMT personnel in our hotel room treating my wife. When my wife later had to go to a hospital for trea**ent, Hani gave me her personal cell phone number and told me to reach out to her if we needed anything at all. She even offered to drive to Amalfi from Positano if need be. She was so kind and caring it was truly heartwarming. Please, if you stay here in the future, treat Hani well because she is a gem.
